    摘要: System of implant components containing active agents, wherein each component is intended to function as an additive for an implant material produced with a powdery or finely granulated starting material and/or active agents and additives.Each component is powdery or finely granulated and includes at least one powdery or finely granulated active agent or additive having a higher dosage than the desired concentration for the application. The components themselves are made of a powdery or finely granulated starting material for the implant material, as well as of the active agent or additive. The active agents can be chemotherapeutical agents, such as antibiotics, whereas the additives can be x-ray contrast materials and/or or additives that alter the physical properties of the starting material, such as its elasticity or viscosity.

    摘要: Blister packaging unit (10) for at least two components packed in separate individual packages, at least one of which has a pulverulent or granular consistency, which are to be prepared before use with the further packaged component(s) in a mixer or applicator to form a ready-to-use mixture. The individual packages of the components are inserted in correspondingly pre-shaped receptacles (32; 34) in the blister (30) of a suitable film or other material and this blister is closed on the side of the open mouth of the receptacles by a cover (36) of cardboard, plastic, metal or some other suitable material which may be torn off or opened in some other manner.The component(s) having the pulverulent or granular consistency is/are packaged in a respective individual blister pack (12; 14; 16) shaped at least approximately complementarily to the associated receptacle (32) in the blister packaging unit, the blister of which has the shape of an elongate trough element (12) of plastic material tapered at at least one end in the manner of a spout, which trough element(s) comprises a separate tear-off cover (16) of cardboard, plastic, metal or some other suitable material which may be torn off or opened in some other manner.

    摘要: The invention relates to an implant material which is based on a composite material of calcium phosphate ceramic particles and bioabsorbable polymer, in which the proportion of calcium phosphate ceramic particles is at least 50% by weight and the particles are joined to one another by polymer bridges to give a three-dimensional open-pore structure in which the particle surfaces are covered with polymer to the extent of not more than 50%. This implant material is distinguished by particularly favorable growing-in and healing-in properties.
