    摘要: Polyurethane prepolymers containing terminal isocyanate groups in which oleochemical polyols are present as the polyol component. The oleochemical polyols are ring opened products or partial ring-opened products of epoxidized fatty acid triglycerides with alcohols. The use of oleochemical polyols having a residual epoxide number of from 1.0 to 4.0% by weight of epoxide oxygen is preferred. The polyurethane prepolymers are particularly suitable for use in one-component or two-component polyurethane foam formulations.

    摘要: The invention relates to isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymers containing a stoichiometric excess of an isocyanate component comprised of one or more aromatic isocyanates containing on average from 2 to 4 isocyanate groups per molecule and a polyol component comprised of an oleochemical polyol prepared by epoxidation of a triglyceride containing olefinic unsaturation and subsequent ring opening with an alcohol. In use, accelerators, flameproofing agents, blowing agents and, optionally, liquefying agents, dyes and/or stabilizers, are included. The oleochemical polyol does not contain any free epoxide groups and is obtained by complete ring opening of epoxidized triglycerides of a fatty acid mixture containing at least partly olefinically unsaturated fatty acids with one or more C.sub.1 -C.sub.12 alcohols and partial conversion by alcoholysis or transesterification of the triglyceride derivatives to alkyl ester polyols containing from 1 to 12 carbon atoms in the alkyl radical. A process for the production of these polyurethane prepolymers and to their use as starting materials for the production of polyurethane foams is included.

    摘要: The invention relates to two-component polyurethane adhesive preparations in which the resin component is an oleochemical polyol. The oleochemical polyols used are ring-opened products of the reaction of epoxidized fatty alcohols, fatty acid esters (particularly triglycerides) or fatty acid amides with alcohols. The oleochemical polyols may be varied within wide limits in regard to their OH-functionality and so formulated with the hardener polyisocyanate components that the adhesives satisfy the relevant requirements. Reaction products of epoxidized triglycerides with monohydric alcohols are a particularly effective substitute for castor oil.

    摘要: Alkyl hydroxyalkyl orthophosphoric acid esters, particularly mixtures thereof, corresponding to the following formula ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 represent C.sub.6 -C.sub.22 alkyl groups and R.sup.3 is hydrogen, a group R.sup.1 or a group --CH.sub.2 --CH(OH)--R.sup.2. The esters are prepared by reaction of phosphorus pentoxide with fatty alcohol and reaction of the phosphoric acid partial esters formed with long-chain .alpha.-epoxides. After conversion of the compounds corresponding to formula I, in which R.sup.3 is hydrogen, into the salt form, the new alkyl hydroxyalkyl orthophosphoric acid ester mixtures are particularly suitable as emulsifiers for oil-water emulsion.
