    摘要: A transmission has a rotating shaft, a coupling sleeve fixedly coupled to the rotating shaft to rotate with the rotating shaft and a variable speed gear mounted on the rotating shaft. The variable speed gear is configured to rotate on the rotating shaft when a clutch gear that is embedded in a side surface of the variable speed gear is disengaged from the coupling sleeve and to be fixed to the rotating shaft when the clutch gear is engaged from the coupling sleeve. The coupling sleeve is moved in the axial direction between the engaged and disengaged states by a shifting fork F3. A lubricant supplying structure directs lubricant to the clutch gear by diverting the lubricant against a side surface of the shifting fork that faces the clutch gear and a side surface of the coupling sleeve that faces the clutch gear.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for treating a yarn end hanging down from a yarn package which is doffed by means of a doffing apparatus from the winding apparatus after completion of the package winding, and an apparatus for effecting the method.The disclosed apparatus comprises a peg for receiving a doffed full package, a supporting member for rotatably supporting the peg, which peg including a securing member therein for securing a full bobbin held thereon, and a rotating member for rotating the peg with the full bobbin secured by the securing member to the peg, the rotating direction of the peg selected to be a direction which is the same as the rotational direction of the bobbin on the winding apparatus.Utilizing this apparatus, a yarn end hanging down from the full bobbin can be wound back around the full bobbin.Yarn end entanglement, full bobbin damages and damages of the doffing apparatus caused by the yarn end hanging down from the full bobbin can be prevented from occurring.The disclosed apparatus, which is movable in front of the winding apparatus, can vertically displace the peg, swivel the peg within a horizontal plane and tilt the peg within a vertical plane.

    摘要: Polyester yarns spun from spinnerets are delivered to bobbins held on a bobbin holder in a winding apparatus through godet rollers which have mirror finished surfaces and axially grooved surfaces. Upon threading the yarns on the bobbins, the yarns are moved to the axially grooved surface from the mirror finished surfaces by means of a yarn displacing guide disposed upstream of the uppermost godet roller. The change in the tension in the yarn caused by the threading operation of the yarn is transmitted beyond the godet rollers, and entanglement of the yarn around the godet roller does not occur.

In this tire, at least one tire-cord layer of organic fibers is further arranged as a flipper between the bead core and the carcass ply so that a distance between a portion of the bead core facing bead base and the carcass ply is within a range of 0.8-3.0 mm and at least 1/3 of the periphery of the bead core is covered with the tire-cord layer.

The lubricating system includes a rotating member, a bearing, a scraping member, and a guiding section. The rotating member is configured and arranged to be rotatably housed within the case and to slidably engage the lip portion of the oil-seal member. The bearing rotatably supports the rotating member. The scraping member is configured and arranged to scrape the lubricating oil discharged from the bearing. The guiding section is configured and arranged to guide the lubricating oil scraped by the scraping member to the lip portion of the oil-seal member.

    摘要: A sensor unit of an optical probe includes an illuminating device having an illuminating point arranged on the central portion of a detective surface facing a to-be-measured object, and eight light receiving devices arranged on the x and y axes in the detective surface, for receiving a reflected light from the object, four light receiving points among those of the eight light receiving devices being symmetrically arranged on the x axis with respect to the illuminating point and the remaining four light receiving points thereof being symmetrically arranged on the y axis with respect to the illuminating point. The rotation angle .theta. of the unit normal vector around the x axis and the rotation angle .phi. thereof around the y axis in the detective surface are calculated by processing the amounts of light received by the eight light receiving devices of the sensor unit.
