摘要: A quantum key distribution protocol is provided that reduces the maximum value of the leaked information amount over the same distance when an adversary makes a photon number splitting attack more than the reduction by the BB84 protocol and the SARG protocol, by making use of the advantages of the BB84 protocol and the SARG protocol. By properly proportioning the existing BB84 protocol and the SARG protocol in accordance with the rate determined by the communication distance between the sender and the receiver of the coherent light, a protocol that is more robust against photon number splitting attack than the known existing protocols can be realized, and long distance quantum key distribution, which was not possible until now, becomes possible.

摘要: A stereoscopic display device includes: a parallax barrier in which light transmission parts that transmit light and light shielding parts that block light are formed alternately, and a display panel that displays a stereoscopic image. A plurality of pixels for displaying the stereoscopic image are formed on the display panel. Each pixel includes a plurality of color forming subpixels that contribute to the color formation of the stereoscopic image, and a contrasting subpixel that contributes to the contrast of the stereoscopic image. In each pixel, the contrasting subpixel is positioned at both ends of the pixel in a direction in which the light transmission parts and the light shielding parts are arranged alternately. In each pixel that overlaps the light shielding part when the display panel is viewed from front, the contrasting subpixel is positioned at both ends of the light shielding part.

摘要: More reality is given to weather phenomena reflected on an image displayed on a screen of a display unit and an operability of an operatable object. A global weather deciding part 901 decides weather in each global area obtained by dividing the whole map of a virtual world into a plurality of global areas. The weather in the global a area in question is decided at intervals of a first time, in accordance with a preset behavior model and considering area information of each global area in advance. A local weather deciding part 902 decides weather in each local area obtained by dividing each global area into a plurality of local areas. The weather in the local area in question is decided at intervals of a second time, which is shorter than the first time, in accordance with the weather of the global area concerned decided by the global weather deciding part 901, and considering area information of each local area.
