    摘要: A method for logic design of an integrated circuit IC in which at least one parameter concerning wiring line capacitances is used. The parameter can be precisely estimated even at a logic design stage preceding a layout design stage. The estimation is carried out by, first, classifying the logic units or the logic gates of the IC into hierarchal functional blocks. Second, specifying, for each closed network defined by delay paths, a higher level functional block in which the closed network is contained. Third, specifying lower level functional blocks enclosed by the higher functional block. Fourth, calculating the estimated wiring line capacitances of the closed network in accordance with predetermined data concerning both fan-out and actual wiring line capacitances. The data, used for the estimation, are varied in accordance with the degrees of the hierarchal level.

    摘要: A power storage device includes an alternating current (AC) power source, a field effect transistor (FET), a capacitor bank, a direct current (DC) fixing heater, a step-down chopper circuit, and an output control unit. The FET switches between a first path and a second path to supply power from the AC power source in combination with a diode and an IGBT. The capacitor bank is arranged on the first path, and includes capacitor cells. The DC fixing heater is arranged on the second path. The step-down chopper circuit is arranged on the first path, and changes a voltage value of power supplied from the AC power source. The output control unit controls, when power is supplied to the first path, controls the step-down chopper circuit to change a voltage value based on a charging voltage of the capacitor cells.

    摘要: In a broadcasting satellite, signals transmitted through an up transmission line of a Ka band, which includes a plurality of communication channels, are received by a Ka-band antenna. The signals received by the antenna are passed through band-pass filters to thereby extract a broadcasting signal transmitted through each communication channel. Those of the thus-extracted broadcasting signals, which have been transmitted through predetermined communication channels, are synthesized by each of synthesizers, then amplified by a corresponding one of high power amplifiers, and output to a corresponding one of a plurality of primary radiators employed in an S-band antenna. The S-band antenna transmits each synthesized signal to a predetermined area that corresponds to a corresponding primary radiator. Thus, the system can be made to a simple structure, and the service area can be changed for each broadcasting signal.
