    摘要: In a swash plate type hydraulic unit for use as a swash plate type hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor, a plurality of block plates 41 to 45 being divided at split planes extending orthogonal to a cylinder block axis X are soldered to one another to form a cylinder block 4. Inlet holes 25i and 39i for supporting plungers 27 and 41 slidably therein are formed in an inlet-side one of the block plates 41, 42; 44, 45 located close to plunger swash plates 9a and 19a, while in remaining inner-side ones of the block plates 43 to 45; 41 to 43 are formed inner holes 25o and 39o of a diameter larger than that of the inlet holes 25i and 39i, the inner holes 25o and 39o each defining an oil chamber to which the outer peripheral surface of the associated plunger 27, 41 faces. With this arrangement, a cylinder block structure superior in mass-productivity is provided.

    摘要: A hydrostatic continuously variable transmission is provided in which a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor are communicated to each other through a low pressure oil passage and a high pressure oil passage and a clutch valve capable of releasing an oil pressure of the high pressure oil passage is connected to the high pressure oil passage. The clutch valve can be automatically operated by making use of an oil pressure of the low pressure oil passage. A clutch valve is applied with an oil pressure of a low pressure oil passage for biasing the clutch valve in a valve opening direction, and an oil pressure governor is connected to a supply oil passage for supplying an oil pressure from an oil supply pump to the low pressure oil passage through a check valve for increasing an oil pressure of the oil passage in accordance with an increase in an input rotational speed of a hydraulic pump.

    摘要: A paper processing apparatus is provided which includes a sorter for sorting paper discharged from an image forming apparatus into a plurality of bins, each being arranged so that the paper is fed from an upper end of the bin and falls from a lower end of the bin when discharged. A stopper positioned at the lower end of each bin for preventing the paper in the bin from falling, and a stack box for housing the paper dropped from the bin are also provided. A controlling device is provided for controlling the stopper to drop the paper into the stack box by opening the stoppers at substantially the same time after the paper is sorted into the plurality of bins.

    摘要: In a hydrostatic continuously variable transmission comprising a swashplate type hydraulic pump having a pump swashplate and annularly arranged pump plungers whose suction and discharge strokes are provided by the pump swashplate, a swashplate type hydraulic motor having a motor swashplate and annularly arranged motor plungers whose expansion and shrinkage strokes are provided by the motor swashplate, and a hydraulic closed circuit formed between the hydraulic pump and motor, the middle point of a discharge region of the hydraulic pump is angularly delayed at a given angle in a direction of rotation of the hydraulic pump relative to a tilting axis of the pump swashplate, and/or the middle, point of an expansion region of the hydraulic motor is angularly advanced at a given angle in a direction of rotation of the hydraulic motor relative to a tilting axis of the motor swashplate. Further, a suction region of the hydraulic pump is set at an angle larger than that of a discharge region thereof, and/or a shrinkage region of the hydraulic motor is set at an angle larger than that of an expansion region thereof.

    摘要: The total length of starter harness 7 for exclusive use for connecting a starter for an engine and plus-side terminal 4a of in-vehicle battery 4 is increased by providing a surplus redundant segment 21 to increase resistance in harness 7 beyond length required for laying the harness in an engine room. Redundant segment 21 is collected in a form of rod by forming a two-fold portion by folding a portion of the single continuous harness 7, and further folding the two-fold portion twice, and fixed through harness holder 23 to bracket 22 of battery tray 25. Without using a resistor receiving limitation of the heat resistance, it is possible to suppress a voltage drop at the time of restart, problematical in a vehicle having an idle-stop function. A required resistance is obtained by increasing the length redundantly, so that a temperature increase of harness 7 is small.
