    摘要: A method of making a window panel with a synthetic resin frame comprising forming a synthetic resin frame by extruding synthetic resin through a die into a specified shape along a peripheral portion of a plate-like material for a window on at least one surface of the plate-like material, and curing the formed synthetic resin frame so that the synthetic resin frame is formed integrally with the peripheral portion of the plate-like material, characterized in that the die is moved to trace a locus along a peripheral portion of the plate-like material which has been previously inputted, and the locus and the angular position of the die are corrected by detecting a position of the end face of the plate-like material, whereby the synthetic resin frame having a specified shape is formed.

    摘要: To provide a process of treating particulates such as an inorganic powder or resin beads to impart water repellency, to effectively impart water repellency particularly to a porous inorganic powder or the like, without use of an organic solvent as a dispersion medium of a silicone oil.Water repellent particulates are produced by a first step of adding, to particulates, an aqueous emulsion of a silicon compound such as a silicone oil to apply surface treatment to the particulates with mixing and stirring in a dry state, and a second step of heating the treated particulates to bake the silicon compound on the surface of the particulates and to separate the aqueous medium in the emulsion. The aqueous emulsion of the silicon compound is preferably an aqueous emulsion of any one of methyl hydrogen silicone oil, dimethyl silicone oil, epoxy-modified silicone oil, amino-modified silicone oil, polyether-modified silicone oil and carboxyl-modified silicone oil.

    摘要: A composite membrane for gas separation having a three-layered structure comprising:(A) a porous polymer supporting membrane layer having a cross-sectional oxygen permeation flux of at least 5 m.sup.3 /m.sup.2.hr.atm (STP) and having an asymmetric porous structure such that the average pore diameter at one surface is from 5 to 500 .ANG. and the average pore diameter at the other surface is greater than that at said one surface;(B) a polyorganosiloxane layer having a thickness of from 300 .ANG. to 5 .mu.m; and(C) a thin layer having a thickness of from 100 to 5000 .ANG. and made of a polymer containing monomer units of at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of fluoroolefin monomers and pivalate ##STR1## group-containing monomers, being soluble in an organic solvent and having an O.sub.2 /N.sub.2 permeability coefficient ratio of at least 3.5;said layer B contacting said one surface with the smaller pore diameter of the layer A, said layer C contacting the surface of the layer B, and the composite membrane having an oxygen permeation flux of at least 0.1 m.sup.3 /m.sup.2.hr.atm (STP) and an O.sub.2 /N.sub.2 permeation flux ratio of at least 2.5.

    摘要: A method of preparing a window panel with a resinous frame, comprises relatively moving a window panel and a die for extruding a resinous material so that the die is moved along a peripheral portion of the window panel, and extruding the resinous material from the die in a predetermined shape to form a shaped product for a resinous frame on the peripheral portion of the window panel; wherein the relative movement of the die and the window panel is carried out by using an operating robot which has been taught a track to follow; and wherein the operating robot has been taught another track so as to separate the die and the panel when the die has moved around the peripheral portion of the window panel and has returned at a position just before a beginning of the shaped product, thereby to form the frame on the window panel in a one-piece construction.
