    摘要: A transparent, smooth and cross-linked polyurethane resin sheet prepared from a reaction-curable composition which comprises a high molecular weight polyol mixture (A) comprising a polyester polyol and/or a polycarbonate polyol, as its main components, and containing a diol and a trivalent or higher valent polyol, the average hydroxyl value of the mixture being from 40 to 120, and the equivalent ratio of (the trivalent or higher valent polyol)/(the diol) being from 0.1 to 0.8, a substantially bivalent chain extender (B) in an amount of from 1.9 to 6.0 equivalents per equivalent of the polyol mixture (A), and a substantially bivalent alicyclic or aliphatic polyisocyanate compound (C) in an amount of from 0.8 to 1.2 equivalents per equivalent of the sum of the polyol mixture (A) and the chain extender (B), as its main components.

    摘要: A method for the manufacture of a laminated glass assembly comprising (1) a monolithic or laminated glass and/or plastic support having an glazed edge, and (2) a plastic sheet comprising at least one layer of polyurethane in contact with the surface having the glazed edge is disclosed. In the invention, at least one of the two contact surfaces of the glazed edge with the polyurethane layer is treated, before the assembly of the support with the plastic sheet on an area corresponding essentially to the glazed edge, by the deposit of a primer comprising a reactive mixture having free NCO groups. The free NCO groups are capable of reacting with the glazed support and with the plastic sheet and of forming cross-linking bonds with the other components of the primer at the time of the heat cycle of the subsequent assembly. The plastic sheet is the assembled with the support, and the glass undergoes a heat cycle which enables the reaction of the primer and the definitive peripheral adhesion of the glass.

    摘要: An optically transparent glazing measures about 3 to 5 mm in total thickness, and has an interlayer film, the interlayer film comprises at least two polymeric film layers: a core film layer having a modulus of at least 25,000 psi (173 MPa) and a surface film layer having a maximum modulus of 15,000 (104 MPa) at 50 to 10,000 Hz and 20° C.; and the glazing is characterized by an acoustical barrier insulating capacity at least equivalent to that of a 3.85 mm thick monolithic pane of glass. The glazing also has an Articulation Index value of less than 64.2% at 50 to 10,000 Hz, a sharpness value of less than 150 at 50 to 10,000 Hz, a penetration resistance of at least 9 meters in test method ECE R43, A6 4.2, and a maximum haze of 4%. The interlayer film has a bending stiffness of at least 0.01 Pa*m3. The surface film layer has a maximum tan delta of 0.6 at 50 to 10,000 Hz and 20° C. The interlayer film preferably comprises one core film layer of between 1.0 and 1.7 mm in thickness within two surface film layers, each between 0.2 and 0.6 mm in thickness. The glazing preferably comprises a glass/interlayer film glass sandwich having a glass/film thickness ratio from 4.2/0.8 to 1.0/2.8.
