    摘要: An automatic loading amount control apparatus for a granular compound fertilizer material includes a grain size distribution measurement module, a control module, a control table, and a material loading amount control module. The grain size distribution measurement module and the control module periodically measure the weight-converted grain size distribution of a formed granular compound fertilizer and calculate a center grain size and a yield on the basis of the measured grain size distribution. The control table holds the maximum yield of the granular compound fertilizer and a center grain size providing the maximum yield. The control module updates the maximum yield and the center grain size held in the table on the basis of the center grain size and the yield calculated by the grain size distribution measurement module. The material loading amount control module changes the water content of a material to be loaded such that the center grain size of the weight-converted grain size distribution of the formed granular compound fertilizer is equal to the center grain size held in the table.

    摘要: A cart having a frame, front and rear wheels, and a handle. A pair of elevating link mechanisms are mounted on the frame, each comprising a pair of arms pivotally connected to each other at intermediate positions thereof, rollers are provided on both ends of each of the arms, lower rollers are mounted on rails provided on the frame. A carrier is engaged with upper rollers of the link mechanisms by guide rails. A hydraulic jack is vertically provided on the frame, a ram of the jack engages with a ram receiver supported on two corresponding arms at lower portions thereof and rotatable about lateral axis. A pump is provided for supplying liquid to said hydraulic jack. The elevating link mechanisms are extended by projecting the ram of the jack for elevating the carrier.

This process control system includes a target setting unit for setting an operation target, a control unit for receiving a signal indicating the operation target and for outputting a controlled variable to operate the process, an evaluation unit for quantitatively evaluating operation characteristics corresponding to the operation target of the process operated on the basis of a signal indicating the controlled variable supplied from the control unit, a modification unit for extracting an optimum operation process qualitatively squaring or conforming with the evaluated value derived by the evaluation unit out of a modification rule predetermining operation unit in qualitative relation between the operation characteristics and the operation target of the process and for determining the modification rate of the control unit, a storage unit having a model of a neural network for storing a relation between the operation target and the modification rate derived by the modification unit as a connection state within a circuit, and a learning unit for making the model of the neural network learn the relation between the operation target and the modification rate.
