    摘要: Invention provides unit for image display device in which optical film laminate and panel for image display device are laminated with adhesive layer therebetween. Optical film laminate includes polarizer, polarizer protection functional layer laminated to one surface of polarizer, and surface protection layer laminated to surface of polarizer that is opposite to surface that contacts polarizer protection functional layer. An adhesive layer is laminated to surface of polarizer protection functional layer that is opposite to surface that contacts the polarizer. A panel for image display device is laminated to surface of the adhesive layer that is opposite to surface that contacts the polarizer protection functional layer. Elastic modulus of the adhesive layer, which has been cured, at a temperature of 25° C., is greater than or equal to 1/50 of elastic modulus of layer, from among the layers included in optical film laminate, having smallest elastic modulus.

    摘要: Reinforcement of a system renewability is realized skillfully utilizing properties peculiar to a system. As a result, there is produced such a new effect as to similarly reinforce required specification with respect to copyright protection of a content recorded in a medium for exclusive use in reproduction and a recordable medium. In a system which encrypts information such as a content to record/reproduce the information, design is made so that encryption/decryption processing information differs for a device (software (S/W) main body device) whose main body is software constituted of a recording/reproducing drive of a recording medium and a personal computer (PC), a device (hardware (H/W) main body device) whose main body is hardware integrally containing a drive and data coding/demodulation processing, and the medium for exclusive use in reproduction and the recording medium.

    摘要: When detecting a rotational position of a seconds hand, it is determined whether data stored in a register in correspondence with a supply state of a drive current previously supplied to a coil of a stepping motor is “0”. When the data is “0”, the rotational position of the seconds hand is optically detected. When the data is “1”, the seconds hand is rotated one step, and then, the rotational position of the seconds hand is optically detected. Even though the seconds hand is shifted one second, the position detection is executed every two steps.
