摘要： An automatic seatbelt system which has a flexible tape extending continuously along a vehicle body form a roof side portion through a center pillar to a door so as to move a shoulder webbing connected to the roof side portion and a lap webbing connected to the door at the same time by a single driving sprocket wheel in response to an occupant entering or leaving a vehicle. The tape has a plurality of openings along the longitudinal direction thereof and the sprocket wheel is meshed with the tape by the openings. The tape extends continuously between the vehicle body and vehicle door and has a stepped portion substantially extending in a vertical direction, for example, a direction which is aligned with the rotation center of door hinges so as to twist itself around the longitudinal center thereof during opening or closing the door. When the sprocket wheel rotates, both shoulder and lap seatbelt webbings are simultaneously moved through the tape toward either the front side of the vehicle to provide an enough space for the occupant to enter the vehicle, or the rear side of the vehicle to place the webbings over the occupant at a seat.

摘要： An automatic seatbelt system which has a flexible tape extending continuously along a vehicle body form a roof side portion through a center pillar to a door so as to move a shoulder webbing connected to the roof side portion and a lab webbing connected to the door at the same time by a single driving sprocket wheel in response to an occupant entering or leaving a vehicle. The tape has a plurality of openings along the longitudinal direction thereof and the sprocket wheel is meshed with the tape by the openings. A shoulder guide rail is provided along the roof side portion of the vehicle body, within which a shoulder guide member guiding the shoulder webbing and connected to the trape is slidably received. A lap guide rail is provided along the door, within which a lap guide member guiding the lap webbing and connected to the tape is slidably received. When the sprocket wheel rotates, both shoulder and lap seatbelt webbings are simultaneously moved through the tape toward either the front side of the vehicle to provide an enough space for the occupant to enter the vehicle, or the rear side of the vehicle to place the webbings over the occupant at a seat.

摘要： An outer end portion of a webbing is guided in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and a tongue plate provided on said outer end portion is engaged with a buckle device secured to the rear portion of a roof side, whereby the webbing is fastened to an occupant. A release plate movable a certain distance with respect to the tongue plate is moved forwards in the vehicle by drive means, whereby the tongue plate is moved forwards in the vehicle after the tongue plate is disengaged from the buckle device, so that the webbing can be separated from the occupant to automatically unfasten the webbing from the occupant.

摘要： A semiconductor device is produced by fabricating a capacitor element including a lower electrode, a capacitor insulating film, and an upper electrode, and a thin-film resistor element, in the same step. As the lower electrode of the capacitor element is lined with a lower layer wiring layer (Cu wiring), the lower electrode has extremely low resistance substantially. As such, even if the film thickness of the lower electrode becomes thinner, parasitic resistance does not increased. The resistor element is formed to have the same film thickness as that of the lower electrode of the capacitor element. Since the film thickness of the lower electrode is thin, it works as a resistor having high resistance. In the top layer of the passive element, a passive element cap insulating film is provided, which works as an etching stop layer when etching a contact of the upper electrode of the capacitor element.
