    摘要: A battery unit for vehicles comprises a plurality of battery, bus bars, and insulating plates. The plurality of batteries is installed with the terminals facing in the same direction, where the direction to which the pairs of terminals are facing is arranged in the same direction and the batteries are electrically connected by the bus bars. A refrigerant flows in the direction to which the pairs of terminals are connected, and cools the terminals and the bus bars. The insulating plates are disposed between the bus bars connected with different batteries. In addition, the insulating plates and are disposed extending in the direction to which the pairs of terminals are connected.

    摘要: A battery unit for vehicles comprises a plurality of battery, bus bars, and insulating plates.     摘要: A battery unit includes a module assembly, a housing that houses the module assembly, and a blower. The module assembly includes a stack of battery modules, and defines a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The blower is disposed at an end of the module assembly. A rotation shaft of the blower is located between a first plane that includes the first surface and a second plane that includes the second surface. The blower is configured to supply air toward the first surface of the module assembly in a direction perpendicular to a stacking direction of the battery modules. The air is supplied over a range that is substantially equal to a dimension of the module assembly in the stacking direction.

    摘要: In a cooling water circuit system, cooling water pumped by a mechanically-driven first water pump circulates in a cooling water circuit, and flows through a radiator and a heater core in parallel in the cooling water circuit. An electrically-driven second water pump is disposed in the cooling water circuit at a position where cooling water to be supplied to the radiator from the first water pump and cooling water to be supplied to the heater core from the first water pump flow together. A check valve is provided in the cooling water circuit in parallel with the second water pump so that cooling water flows in one way from a water suction side of the second water pump toward a discharge side thereof. Thus, when the second water pump is operated, a total amount of cooling water pumped by the first water pump and the second water pump can flow through the radiator and the heater core. As a result, the cooling water circuit system can improve engine-cooling effect in the summer, while improving heating effect of a passenger compartment in the summer.

An oil repellent coat is coated inside of a low pressure refrigerant passage which lubricant is easy to adhere so that lubricant is prevented from staying inside of the refrigerant passage. Since the oil repellant coat is low affinity for oil, luricant forms guttulate on the oil repellent coat by surface tension. Since the guttulate is easy to move on the inside wall with a flow of the refrigerant, it is prevented lubricant from staying on the inside wall.
