摘要: There is provided a method of preparing biodegradable dual pore polymer scaffolds, comprising the steps of: maintaining a polymer solution containing a biodegradable polymer, an effervescent mixture of carbonate and organic acid, and solvent at a temperature range of −196° C. to ambient temperature so as to evaporate the solvent and produce a polymer sample; and foaming the polymer sample in a mixed solution of water and alcohol. According to the present invention, the pore size of the polymer scaffolds can be easily controlled, and biodegradable polymer scaffolds can be more simply prepared compared to conventional methods such as salt leaching technique, phase separation technique or gas foaming technique. Further, since the biodegradable polymer scaffolds prepared according to the present invention have a high surface area and porosity without formation of skin layer, secretion of toxic substances and remnant phenomenon, they can be advantageously used for regenerating almost all living tissues and organs in tissue engineering.

摘要: A wireless local loop (WLL) base station controller includes a call control processor adapted to perform call control according to an internetworking operation system (IOS) protocol and to manage information generated during call processing. The WLL controller further includes a common channel signaling processor adapted to process and manage messages interchanged according to the IOS protocol between the call control processor and mobile switching center. Also included is an operation control processor adapted to perform inter-process communication with a common channel signaling processor to bypass an IOS-related message delivered from the call control processor to the mobile switching controller. The WLL controller can therefore be reconstructed to serve as a base station controller of a 3G mobile communication network for converting a currently working WLL network into a 3G mobile communication network.

摘要: The present invention provides the hybrids wherein itraconazole, cyclosporine or carvedilol are intercalated into the interlayers and/or absorbed onto the surfaces of layered silicates. The hybrids according to the present invention enable the maximization of bioavailability of drugs by dissolving the drugs from the layered silicates. Furthermore, the present invention provides the preparing methods of the hybrids. The process comprises: (1) dispersing a layered silicate in an aqueous solution to form an aqueous solution containing the layered silicate; (2) dissolving a drug in a organic solvent to form an organic solution containing the drug, the organic solvent having a solubility higher than that in the aqueous solution; and (3) mixing and hybridizing in the inerrface of the aqueous solution containing the layered silicate and the organic phase solution containing the drug in order to intercalate the drug into the interlayers of the layered silicate and/or to absorb the drug onto the surface of the layered silicate.
