摘要： Disclosed is a process of preparing sustained release microspheres, containing a biodegradable polymer as a carrier and a drug, using spray drying. The process comprises preparing a solution, suspension or emulsion containing a biodegradable polymer, a drug and a solvent; spray drying the solution, suspension or emulsion; and suspending spray-dried microspheres in an aqueous solution containing polyvinyl alcohol to remove the residual solvent and increase the hydrophilicity of the microsphere surface. The process enables the preparation of microspheres having high drug encapsulation efficiency, almost not having a toxicity problem due to the residual solvent, and having good syringeability. The microspheres prepared according to the present invention release an effective concentration of a drug in a sustained manner for a predetermined period when administered to the body, and are thus useful in the treatment of diseases.

摘要： A controlled-release composition and controlled-release microspheres containing an exendin as an active ingredient, and a method of preparing the same are provided. More specifically, a controlled-release composition containing an exendin as an active ingredient, a biodegradable polymer with a specific viscosity, and coating materials, having high bioavailability and showing sustained release of the active ingredient in an effective concentration for a certain period without an excessive initial burst of the active ingredient; controlled-release microspheres containing a core including an exendin as an active ingredient and a biodegradable polymer, and a coating layer coating the core; and a method of preparing controlled-release microspheres including the steps of mixing an exendin, a biodegradable polymer, and a solvent, removing the solvent from the mixture to prepare hardened microspheres, and coating the hardened microspheres to form a coating layer on the surface of each microsphere, are provided.

摘要： Provided is an air blower for an air conditioner. The air blower for the air conditioner includes a centrifugal fan and a fan housing. The fan housing covers the centrifugal fan, and forms a scroll-type flow path having a varying cross-sectional area and guiding air forcibly blown by the centrifugal fan to an outlet. Here, a bottom surface of the scroll-type flow path inclines and is thinnest near a region where the scroll-type flow path ends. The thickness of the bottom surface progressively increases along a straight line running from a region where the bottom surface is thinnest to an opposite outer side of the scroll-type flow path through a center of the centrifugal fan.

摘要： The present invention relates to a novel polyene compound similar to nystatin, a method for preparing the same, and an antifungal drug comprising the novel polyene compound as an active ingredient. Compared to nystatin comprising one sugar, NNP, which is the polyene compound similar to nystatin, displays 300 times higher solubility and ten times lower cytotoxicity while maintaining antifungal activity, and thus can be useful in developing a novel polyene antifungal agent having improved solubility and less toxicity in terms of pharmacokinetics.

摘要： A method for manufacturing an electrode may include (S1) preparing a sol solution containing a metal alkoxide compound, and (S2) forming a porous non-woven coating layer of an inorganic fiber by electroemitting the sol solution onto an outer surface of an electrode active material layer formed on at least one surface of a current collector. The porous non-woven coating layer formed on the outer surface of the electrode active material layer may be made from an inorganic fiber having excellent thermal stability. When an electrochemical device is overheated, the porous non-woven coating layer may contribute to suppression of a short circuit between a cathode and an anode and performance improvement of an electrochemical device due to uniform distribution of pores.

摘要： Provided are an image sensor and a method of sensing the same. The image sensor includes: a light receiving device; a signal conversion unit including a transfer transistor having a plurality of transfer gates and for converting photocharges generated by the light receiving device into a voltage to output the voltage; and a sensing control unit for generating at least two reset signals and/or at least two transfer signals applied to the transfer gates of the transfer transistor during a one-time photosensing cycle. The image sensor is obtained by changing the structure and driving method of a transfer transistor of a typical 4-transistor CMOS image sensor and employs a deep depletion operation and a multiple reset operation, thereby reducing an image lag and increasing the well capacity of the light receiving device.
