    摘要: Disclosed are iridium-based luminescent compounds having phenylpyridine moieties with an organosilicon group, and organic electroluminescence devices using the compounds as color-producing materials. The luminescent compounds have the structure of Formula 1 below: wherein L1, L2, L3, R1, R2 and R3, which may be identical to or different from each other, are each independently selected from the group consisting of aryl, alkoxy, alkyl, and groups of Formulae 2 and 3 below: wherein D1, D2 and D3 are each independently selected from the group consisting of C1˜18 alkyl, C1˜18 alkoxy, substituted or unsubstituted C1˜18 alkyl and allyl, and substituted or unsubstituted C6˜18 fluorinated alkyl and allyl groups; wherein D4, D5 and D6 are each independently selected from the group consisting of C1˜18 alkyl, C1˜18 alkoxy, substituted or unsubstituted C1˜18 alkyl and allyl, and substituted or unsubstituted C6˜18 fluorinated alkyl and allyl groups.

    摘要: A mobile terminal device and method are provided for displaying remaining battery capacity. The device and method comprise internal and external batteries installed on the mobile terminal, a display unit displaying remaining battery capacity, a battery detecting unit identifying whether the external battery is additionally installed, a remaining battery capacity measuring unit measuring total recharged voltage of the internal and external batteries and a control unit displaying the total remaining battery capacity on the display unit corresponding to the measured total recharged voltage. Accordingly, a user may identify installation of the external battery more easily and avoid confusion due to rapid display changes in remaining battery capacity displayed as a recharged voltage difference between the internal and external batteries.

    摘要: A Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) motor starting method and device are provided, in which startup noise and vibration and startup failure rate can be reduced using a constant low-speed startup scheme when the BLDC motor is in sensorless startup mode, and PWM duty is also maintained at low level when the BLDC motor starts up, thereby preventing an excessive current from occurring due to desynchronization of the motor at startup, so that it is possible to optimize specifications of an inverter in the BLDC motor. The BLDC motor starts up with a startup speed and a PWM duty of a rotor of the BLDC motor being kept constant, and the BLDC motor switches to sensorless mode if a position of the rotor is detected a predetermined number of times or more during a specific time.

The frequency converter receives a reference signal and a local oscillator signal and outputs a frequency component corresponding to the sum or difference of the reference signal and the even-order harmonics of local oscillator signal. The frequency converter includes a reference signal input part including a pair of MOS transistors connected in a differential amplifier form, which have gates to which positive and negative reference signals having a differential phase difference therebetween are respectively input, and first, second, third and fourth frequency conversion parts each of which is connected to the reference signal input part and includes a pair of MOS transistors. Local oscillator signals having a differential phase difference therebetween are input to the gates of the MOS transistors of the first and second frequency conversion parts. Local oscillator signals, which have phases orthogonal to phases of the local oscillator signals input to the first and second frequency conversion parts, are input to the gates of the MOS transistors of the third and fourth frequency conversion parts.
