摘要: A thermal management system for a vehicle includes: a cooling apparatus including a radiator, a first water pump, and a first valve that are connected by a coolant line and recirculating a coolant in the coolant line so as to cool at least one electrical component provided on the coolant line, a first connection line selectively connected to the coolant line through the first valve, a second connection line selectively connected to the first connection line through the second valve, and a heater provided on the second connection line, wherein the first connection line is provided with a condenser included in an air conditioner device, and the heater is provided inside an HVAC module included in the air conditioner device.

摘要: An embodiment thermal management system of a vehicle includes an air supply device that draws and supplies ambient air. An air cycle apparatus connected to the air supply device that compresses or expands the air to be changed to a high or low temperature air. An air distribution device is connected to the air cycle apparatus and a cabin room connected to the air distribution device that receives the high or low temperature air. A first heat-exchanger connected to the air cycle apparatus performs heat-exchange on the high temperature air and a second heat-exchanger connected to the first heat-exchanger and the air cycle apparatus performs heat-exchange on the air. The second heat-exchanger and the air distribution device are selectively connected and the air having heat-exchanged while passing through the second heat-exchanger is selectively supplied to the air distribution device.

The air conditioner unit further includes a second expansion valve, a first valve, a second valve, a second connection line, a third connection line, and a fourth connection line.

摘要: A battery cooling system control method for a vehicle includes a process (A) of measuring by a controller a temperature of a battery based on data detected from a data detector while the vehicle is driving, determining by the controller whether the measured battery temperature is higher than a preset target temperature, and if a condition is not satisfied, cooling the battery using a coolant cooled in a radiator, and a process (B) of, if it is determined through the process (A) that the temperature of the battery is higher than the target temperature (i.e., if the condition is satisfied), operating an air conditioner to cool the battery using a coolant heat-exchanged with a refrigerant while passing through a chiller, and terminating control.

摘要: A cooling system for a vehicle includes a cooling apparatus including a radiator and a first water pump connected by a coolant line and circulating a coolant to the coolant line, a battery module provided on a battery coolant line selectively connected to the coolant line through a first valve, and a first chiller provided on the battery coolant line between the first valve and the battery coolant line. The first chiller is connected to a refrigerant line of the air-conditioning apparatus and is configured to heat-exchange the selective inflowed coolant with the refrigerant supplied from the air-conditioning apparatus to adjust a temperature of the coolant. The cooling system further includes an automatic driving controller connected to the coolant line so that the coolant is circulated inside, wherein the battery module or the automatic driving controller is cooled selectively by at least one cooling mode.

摘要: A thermal management system for a vehicle adjusts a temperature of a battery module by using one chiller that performs heat exchange between a refrigerant and a coolant. The thermal management system includes: a cooling apparatus for circulating a coolant in a coolant line to cool an electrical component and an oil cooler provided in the coolant line; a battery cooling apparatus for circulating the coolant to the battery module; a chiller to cause heat exchange between the coolant and a refrigerant to control a temperature of the coolant; a heater that heats an interior of the vehicle using the coolant; and a first branch line connected to the coolant line between the oil cooler and a radiator through a first valve. In particular, a condenser included in the air conditioner is connected to the coolant line so as to pass the coolant circulating through the cooling apparatus.
