Abstract: A package of photoelectric device including a substrate, at least one photoelectric device, a first barrier layer, a wavelength-converting layer, and a second barrier layer is provided. The photoelectric device is disposed on the substrate. The first barrier layer is disposed on the substrate and covers the photoelectric device. The wavelength-converting layer is disposed on the first barrier layer. The second barrier layer covers the wavelength-converting layer. A composition of the first barrier layer includes a nitrogen content of more than 0 atomic percent (at %) to 10 at %, an oxygen content of 50 at % to 70 at %, and a silicon content of 30 at % to 50 at %.

Abstract: A gas compression system is provided. The gas compression system includes a compressor, an adsorption device, and a fluid control device. The compressor includes a first port and a second port. The adsorption device is adapted to output the high pressure hydrogen gas to the first port and absorb the low pressure hydrogen gas from the second port. The adsportion includes a first container connected to the first port or the second port, and a second container connected to the first port or the second port. The first container and the second container includes a hydrogen adsorption material adapted to release the high pressure hydrogen gas when heated, and absorb the low pressure hydrogen gas when cooled. A method of using the gas compression system is also provided.

Abstract: An embodiment of the disclosure provides a heater package including a substrate, a first barrier layer, at least one heater, and a second barrier layer. The first barrier layer is disposed on a surface of the substrate and has a first treatment layer on a side away from the substrate. The heater is disposed on the substrate and includes a heating layer and at least one electrode. The at least one electrode and the heating layer contact with each other. The second barrier layer covers an upper surface and a sidewall of the heater and has a second treatment layer on an opposite side or the side away from the substrate. A ratio of a thickness of the first treatment layer to a thickness of the first barrier layer and a ratio of a thickness of the second treatment layer to a thickness of the second barrier layer range from 0.03 to 0.2.

Abstract: A controlling device of a fuel cell system with multiple stack towers and a controlling method thereof are provided. The controlling device comprises a temperature sensing equipment, a processor and a pulse width modulation circuit. The fuel cell system comprises multiple fuel cell stacks. The controlling method further comprises: calculating an average temperature of the fuel cell stacks based on the temperatures of the fuel cell stacks by the temperature sensing equipment; determining whether differences between the average temperature and the temperatures of the fuel cell stacks fall within a preset range of average temperature difference by the processor, and adjusting an output current of at least one of the fuel cell stacks by the pulse width modulation circuit commanded by the processor when the difference between the average temperature and the temperature of the at least one fuel cell stack falls outside the preset range of average temperature difference.

Abstract: A power supply device is provided. The power supply device includes a fuel cell, a hydrogen generator, a check valve and an exhaust valve. The fuel cell has a hydrogen inlet and a hydrogen outlet. The hydrogen generator is connected to the hydrogen inlet and used for generating hydrogen. The check valve is disposed in the hydrogen inlet and used for preventing the hydrogen within the fuel cell from flowing to the hydrogen generator, and preventing exterior air from entering the fuel cell. The exhaust valve is disposed in the hydrogen outlet for exhausting the hydrogen within the fuel cell.
