Abstract: An electrolyte composition and an energy storage device employing the same are provided. The electrolyte composition includes a solid and a solution. The solid includes a core and a metal layer encapsulating the core, where the metal layer is selected from a group consisting of Zn, Al, Mg, Li, Na and the metal oxides thereof. In particular, the solid has a first density and the solution has a second density, and the ratio between the first density and the second density is from about 0.97 to 1.03.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a nozzle for combustion and reforming reaction including a fuel pipe, a reformer, an activation pipe, an activation catalyst, and a reformation catalyst. The fuel pipe includes an annular wall and an end wall connected to an end of the annular wall. The fuel pipe has at least one vent hole penetrating through the annular wall and at least one outlet penetrating through the end wall. The reformer is disposed in the fuel pipe. The activation pipe is disposed in the fuel pipe and disposed through the reformer. A distance between the activation pipe and the outlet is larger than a distance between the vent hole and the outlet. The activation catalyst is arranged in the activation pipe. The reformation catalyst is arranged in the reformer and located outside the activation pipe. The disclosure also provides a combustor and a fuel cell system having the nozzle.

Abstract: A controlling device of a fuel cell system with multiple stack towers and a controlling method thereof are provided. The controlling device comprises a temperature sensing equipment, a processor and a pulse width modulation circuit. The fuel cell system comprises multiple fuel cell stacks. The controlling method further comprises: calculating an average temperature of the fuel cell stacks based on the temperatures of the fuel cell stacks by the temperature sensing equipment; determining whether differences between the average temperature and the temperatures of the fuel cell stacks fall within a preset range of average temperature difference by the processor, and adjusting an output current of at least one of the fuel cell stacks by the pulse width modulation circuit commanded by the processor when the difference between the average temperature and the temperature of the at least one fuel cell stack falls outside the preset range of average temperature difference.

Abstract: A high-temperature flow-splitting component, applicable to a temperature range from a first temperature to a second temperature, includes an entrance channel, at least one primary channel and at least one subordinate channel. The entrance channel is used for introducing a fluid at a total flow rate. The at least one primary channel for introducing the fluid from the entrance channel at a first flow rate is connected with the entrance channel by a first angle ranging from 90°˜270°. The at least one subordinate channel for introducing the fluid from the entrance channel at a second flow rate is connected with the at least one primary channel by a second angle ranging from 30°˜150°. A sum of the first flow rate and the second flow rate is equal to the total flow rate.
