摘要: Methods, apparatus, systems, and articles of manufacture are disclosed that improve sleep state demotion with a hardware power monitor. An example apparatus includes memory, and processor circuitry to perform at least one of the operations to instantiate: detector circuitry to detect power output data of the computing device via a hardware power monitor, power analyzer circuitry to determine the power output data for sleep states of the computing device based on multiple wake intervals, identifier circuitry to identify crossover thresholds at ones of the multiple wake intervals, and controller circuitry to limit the computing device to the crossover thresholds at ones of the multiple wake intervals.

摘要: Methods and apparatus relating to a location aware power management scheme for an always-on-always-listen voice recognition system are described. In an embodiment, logic performs ambient noise trigger level analysis for a location and causes storage of an ambient noise trigger level threshold value for the location based on the ambient noise trigger level analysis. Furthermore, logic determines whether to cause modification to a state of an audio processor in response to detection of the audio processor at the location and comparison of a detected sound level at the location and the stored ambient noise trigger level threshold value. Other embodiments are also disclosed and claimed.

摘要: A system and method are disclosed for using a sonic frequency to induce a vibration useful for clearing dust accumulation from microelectronics, such as a laptop computer. A speaker driver may be mounted onto a support structure for a heat exchanger (220). At an advantageous time, such as boot up, a sonic frequency may be driven onto the speaker (250), thus inducing vibration in the heat exchanger (220) and helping to clear dust accumulation. In some cases, a resonant frequency may be used to optimize the amount of vibration per unit power delivery.
