摘要:
It is intended to efficiently inject into a target cell, a substance charged within a liposome. The present inventors have found that connexin synthesized within a liposome is introduced as connexon having a gap junction function into the liposome membrane. Specifically, the liposome according to the present invention is a liposome in which connexon composed of connexin synthesized by an in-vitro protein synthesis system is incorporated in a state of having a gap junction function.

摘要:
An artificial tissue capable of carrying necessary nutrients for maintaining activities of cells and tissues, and a method of manufacturing an artificial blood vessel. A plurality of forms of blood vessels are extracted from an image of a living tissue and made into a blood vessel form image. Each of the blood vessel forms of the blood vessel form image is adjusted and a blood vessel formation pattern is formed. A blood vessel cell culturing pattern of forming is formed, in a cell culturing layer. The blood vessel cell culturing pattern includes: a cell adhesion portion having adhesive properties with a blood vessel cell and formed to the blood vessel formation pattern; and a cell adhesion-inhibiting portion having cell adhesion-inhibiting properties for inhibiting adhesion with a blood vessel cell and formed in an area other than the cell adhesion portion. A blood vessel cell is adhered to the cell adhesion portion, and cultured into a tissue.

A connector includes a plurality of terminal metal fittings that are arranged in parallel to one another and respectively have electric wire connection sections to which electric wires are electrically connected, and a connector housing that accommodates the plurality of terminal metal fittings therein. The plurality of terminal metal fittings are configured that the lengths of the electric wire connection sections are made longer in accordance with the arrangement thereof from one side toward the other side in an arrangement direction of the plurality of terminal metal fittings. The electric wires are connected to the electric wire connection sections respectively so that the electric wires extend from one end portions of the electric wire connection sections toward the one side and intersect with a longitudinal direction of the electric wire connection section.

A fluorescence image acquisition method including: irradiating an eyeground with a short-pulse beam of light for exciting a fluorescent dye; setting the time point of emission of the light as a reference, measuring the intensities of luminescence of the fluorescent dye at two different times which are predetermined periods of time after the reference, determining the ratio between the intensities of luminescence at the two different times, and detecting the intensity of luminescence of the fluorescent dye having marked a target by using the ratio; and generating a fluorescence image of the fluorescent dye having marked the target, based on the results of detection by the detecting step.
