Disclosed is a casing for storing an airbag for an airbag restraint system, cavingg: a main body formed of a material comprising a thermoplastic elastomer composition which is prepared by: mixing 100 parts by weight of a copolymer composition with 0.05 to 0.5 parts by weight of a lubricant comprising higher fatty acid amide to obtain a mixture; and dynamically heat-treating the mixture in the presence of an organic peroxide and an auxiliary crosslinking agent. The copolymer composition contains: (A) 20 to 50 parts by weight of an olefin copolymer resin of propylene and one or two kinds of 1-olefin other than propylene; (B) 10 to 50 parts by weight of ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber having a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4, 100° C.) ranging from 30 to 60; (C) 10 to 70 parts by weight of ethylene-propylene-nonconjugated diene copolymer rubber having a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4, 100° C.) ranging from 50 to 100; and (D) 10 to 50 parts by weight of an oil-extended ethylene-propylene-nonconjugated diene copolymer rubber containing ethylene-propylene-nonconjugated diene copolymer having a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4, 100° C.) ranging from 150 to 350 and a mineral oil softener contained at an amount of 50 to 150 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the ethylene-propylene-nonconjugated diene copolymer.

An automobile weatherstripping includes an extrusion-formed part and a mold-formed part, the mold-formed part being welded and integrated with the extrusion-formed part. The extrusion-formed part is made of an olefin elastomer and the mold-formed part is made of a resin composition containing an olefin resin, ethylene-&agr;-olefin copolymer rubber, hydrogenated aromatic vinyl conjugated diene compounds block copolymer mineral oil and at least one of natural rubber and butadiene rubber in predetermined proportions. The extrusion-formed part and the mold-formed part have a sufficient level of bonding strength with no bonding agent layer being used therebetween.

A sheet including an olefin thermoplastic elastomer obtainable by dynamically heat-treating 100 parts by weight of a mixture of 40-90% by weight of (A) an olefin polymer rubber having a Mooney viscosity at 100.degree. C. (ML.sub.1+4 100.degree. C.) of 5-100 and substantially free from unconjugated diene and 60-10% by weight of (B) an olefin polymer in the presence of 0.005-0.5 part by weight of an organic peroxide and 0.05-4 parts by weight of N,N'-m-phenylenebismaleimide or divinylbenzene. Said sheet is excellent in light resistance and thermal aging resistance. A laminate including said sheet and a use thereof are also provided.

An olefinic thermoplastic elastomer composition which is excellent in mechanical properties and is substitutable for vulcanized rubbers is provided, which comprises a mixture comprising (A) 40-95% by weight of an oil-extended olefinic copolymer rubber comprising 100 parts by weight of an olefinic copolymer rubber having a Mooney viscosity (ML.sub.1+4 100.degree. C.) of 150-350 and 20-150 parts byw eight of a mineral oil and (B) 5-60% by weight of an olefinic plastic, said mixture being partially crosslinked by dynamic heat treatment in the presence of an organic peroxide. This composition gives superior molded articles free from bleeding of oil on the surface.
