摘要:
The present invention relates to techniques to detect chromosomal columns abnormalities. More specifically, the present invention is directed to a microarray chip for detecting chromosomal abnormalities comprising one or more pooled probe sets, wherein the pooled probe set is specific to a chromosomal abnormality and all probes of each pooled probe set are immobilized together in at least one spot; a method of detecting chromosomal abnormalities using the microarray chip; a kit for diagnosing diseases associated with chromosomal abnormalities comprising the microarray chip; and a method of diagnosing a disease associated with a chromosomal abnormality by identifying the chromosomal abnormality specific to the disease using the microarray chip. Disclosed is the biological production of lactic acid using a microorganism. A transformant capable of producing lactic acid of high optical purity at high yield, a method for the preparation thereof, and a method for producing lactic acid in a convenient and economically beneficial manner using the same are provided. The Zymomonas mobilis transformant can produce lactic acid of high optical purity at high yield without a stringent limitation to production conditions and a regulation of the intracellular metabolism pathway. Because it requires no additional separation and purification steps, the use of the transformant allows the production of lactic acid in a short process, resulting in a significant reduction in production cost, and avoiding the environment problems caused by precipitate wastes, which brings about environmental issues.

The present invention relates to a method for mass production of other primary metabolites by inhibiting a specific metabolite of metabolism in microorganisms, a transformant for mass production of other primary metabolites plasmid clone by modifying a specific gene relating to the metabolism, and a method for preparation thereof. The primary metabolites can contain lactate, succinate, or alcohol as ethanol, wherein each has a high industrial applicability as an environmental friendly plasmid clone biochemical material.

The present invention relates to a transgenic mouse deficient in T-cells, which is provided by fusing human heat shock protein (Hsp) gene with H2K promoter and transferring it to a mouse. Transgenic mouse line with a shrunken thymus and edficient in T-cells not having mature T-cells can be obtained.
