摘要:
The invention concerns a hydrogenation process, in particular for the selective hydrogenation of diolefins in volatiles produced by steam cracking or other cracking processes, in which the catalyst is distributed in a plurality of beds. It is characterized in that the different catalyst beds are not used at the same time, but successively and in accordance with a given order.

The simultaneous production of an olefin-free, tert.amyl alkyl, ether-rich fraction an n-pentane-rich paraffin fraction, wherein a charge based on isopentenes is hydrogenated (1) under appropriate conditions to bring about a distribution of the methyl butenes close to thermodynamic equilibrium and then the hydrogenation effluent is treated in an etherification zone (2).

The present invention concerns a process for the isomerization of external olefins to internal olefins, the feedstock also containing diolefins, using a palladium based catalyst which contains 0.05% to 10% by weight of sulphur, said catalyst being treated before loading into the reactor with at least one organic sulphur-containing compound dissolved in a solvent, then activated in a neutral or reducing atmosphere at a temperature of between 20.degree. C. and 300.degree. C., before being brought into contact with the feedstock.

Supported palladium-gold catalyst of high resistance to poisoning by sulfur compounds, not subject to elution by vinylacetylene and not inducing a substantial formation of oligomers, for use in hydrogenation reactions wherein acetylenics and diolefins are selectively hydrogenated, said catalyst being obtained by the steps of: admixing a palladium compound with an inorganic carrier, roasting in the presence of an oxygen-containing gas, treating with a reducing agent, admixing a halogenated gold compound with the resulting composition, treating with a reducing agent, treating with a compound having a basic reaction so as to lower the halogen content of the catalyst below 10 ppm by weight, and roasting, in the presence of an oxygen-containing gas, the palladium and gold compounds being used in convenient proportions so that the catalyst contains 0.03 to 1% palladium and 0.003 to 0.3% gold by weight.

A C.sub.4 cut of high butadiene content is selectively hydrogenated in contact with a supported palladium catalyst, the operation being performed in admixture with a hydrocarbon and an amine. The C.sub.4 cut of high butadiene content (1) and liquid hydrocarbon containing the amine (6) pass through reactor (2). The resultant product is fractionated (13). The C.sub.4 cut is recovered in the vapor phase (15) and the liquid phase recycled (16).

Disclosed is a process for selective hydrogenation in liquid phase of an effluent originating from an ethane steam cracker in which said effluent is contacted with a catalyst consisting of at least supported palladium characterized in that it is carried out in the presence of a liquid phase containing at least part of the hydrogenated gasoline cut, condensed and recycled, of said effluent.Said effluent (1), said liquid phase (8) and possibly hydrogen (13) pass through the hydrogenation reactor (4). The product obtained is fractionated (5) into a gaseous cut at the top (7) containing ethylene and a liquid gasoline cut at the bottom which is partially recycled (8).The process may be used for production of ethylene and for production of gasoline.
