摘要： The present invention relates to a two-wavelength semiconductor laser device, more particularly, to a fabrication method of a multi-wavelength semiconductor laser device. In this method, a substrate having an upper surface separated into at least first and second areas is provided. Then, a first dielectric mask on the substrate is formed to expose only the first area. Then, epitaxial layers for a first semiconductor laser are grown on the first area of the substrate. Then, a second dielectric mask on the substrate is formed to expose only the second area. Then, epitaxial layers for a second semiconductor laser are grown on the second area of the substrate.

摘要： The present invention relates to a novel microorganism and a method for producing fructooligosaccharides and neofructooligosaccharides. More particularly, the present invention relates to Penicillium citrinum KCTC 10225BP of soil origin which produces fructosyl transferase and hydrolyzes sucrose into fructooligosaccharides of the following formula I: in which n is integer of 1 to 5, G represents glucose and F represents fructose, and neofructooligosaccharides of the following formula II: in which n is integer of 1 to 5, G and F are defined as above, at the same time using the fructosyl transferase, and to a method for producing simultaneously fructooligosaccharides and neofructooligosaccharides using said microorganism.

Further aspects of the invention relate to methods for identifying target proteins involved in the course or pathology of an inflammatory skin disease, disorder or condition and to methods of screening a candidate compound for treating said disease, disorder or condition. In particular, the invention relates to inflammatory skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis and psoriasis.

摘要： A first mobile computing device of a first user receives a request to participate in a location-based virtual social network. A radio component of the first mobile computing device detects venues within proximity of the first mobile computing device. Each venue includes a host of a respective virtual social network. One of the venues is selected by the user for participation in the virtual social network. A wireless connection with the virtual social network is established at the selected venue. Electronic communications with second users are conducted at the selected venue. The second users are also participants of the virtual social network. A departure of the first user from the selected venue is detected. In response to the detected departure, electronic records pertaining to the conducted electronic communications with the one or more second users are erased from the first mobile computing device.

摘要： A first mobile computing device of a first user receives a request to participate in a location-based virtual social network. A radio component of the first mobile computing device detects venues within proximity of the first mobile computing device. Each venue includes a host of a respective virtual social network. A departure of the first user from the selected venue is detected. In response to the detected departure, electronic records pertaining to the conducted electronic communications with the one or more second users are erased from the first mobile computing device.
