    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of moldings or films based on polyisocyanate polyadducts comprising thermoplastically molding, at a temperature of at least 50.degree. C. and at a pressure of at least 5 bar, polyisocyanate polyadducts obtained by reacting in closed molds using the reaction injection molding technique aromatic polyisocyanates; compounds having a molecular weight of from 1800 to 12,000 and containing on a statistical average at least 2.5 isocyanate-reactive groups; and one or more components selected from a diamine containing two primary and/or secondary aromatically bound amino groups and and an aliphatic or cycloaliphatic polyol or polyamine; with the provisos that the quantity of isocyanate-reactive compound is at least 30% by weight based on the total quantity of the components and that at least one of the diamine, polyol, or polyamine components comprises at least 5% by weight based on the weight of the isocyanate-reactive compound.

    摘要: Composite structures are produced by placing at least two flat, thermoplastically formable plastic materials one above the other and thermoplasticially molding the materials under sufficient conditions of temperature and pressure that molding is accompanied by intimate union of individual layers of the structure. At least one of the plastic materials is based on a polyisocyanate polyaddition product having a density of at least 0.8 g/cm.sup.3 and is prepared by reacting:a) an aromatic polyisocyanate,b) a compound having a molecular weight of about 1800 to 12,000 and containing an average of at least 2.5 isocyanate reactive groups,c) optionally a diamine having a molecular weight of from 108 to 400 and containing two primary and/or secondary aromatically bound amino groups, andd) optionally an aliphatic or cycloaliphatic polyol and/or an aliphatic or cycloaliphatic polyamine having a molecular weight of from 60 to 1799 and which may contain ether groups,at an isocyanate index of from about 60 to 140. The total combined amount of components c) and d) is at least 5% by weight, based on the weight of component b).

    摘要: Liquid polyamine crosslinking agent formulations based on trimerized toluylene 2,4- and/or 2,6-diisocyanate, with formation of an isocyanurate structure and hydrolysis of the isocyanate groups to amine groups, are described. The novel crosslinking agent formulations have a content of 40 to 80% of the total weight of the solids content of the crosslinking agent formulation of 1,3,5-tris-(3-amino-4-methyl-phenyl,2-methyl-3-aminophenyl) isocyanurate (I) which is not further condensed, and a content of not more than 1.0% of the total weight of the crosslinking agent formulations of toluylene-2,4- and/or -2,6-diamine (III). For the preparation, toluylene diisocyanate is trimerized, to form the isocyanurate structure, until 10 to 25% of the NCO groups have been reacted. The toluylene diisocyanate which has not undergone condensation is then distilled off, the bottom product formed by this operation is taken up directly in a solvent A and the 30 to 70% strength by weight solution formed by this procedure is metered into a hydrolysis in water/N,N-dialkyl-carboxylic acid amide in the presence of a catalytic amount of a basic catalyst. After the hydrolysis, the crosslinking agent formulations are brought to a solids content of 35 to 60% of the total weight of the formulation by distilling off a portion of the solvents and adding a solvent B.
