摘要: In an example, a threat intelligence controller is configured to operate on a data exchange layer (DXL). The threat intelligence controller acts as a DXL consumer of reputation data for a network object, which may be reported in various different types and from various different sources. Of the devices authorized to act as reputation data producers, each may have its own trust level. As the threat intelligence controller aggregates data from various providers, it may weight the reputation reports according to trust level. The threat intelligence engine thus builds a composite reputation for the object. When it receives a DXL message requesting a reputation for the object, it publishes the composite reputation on the DXL bus.

摘要: A system, method and device are provided, for creating multimedia playlists. A visual module aggregates at least one image file targeted from one or more visual media fields. A music module aggregates multiple audio files targeted from one or more audio media fields. A time module registers allocated mix duration and references elapsed mix duration versus the allocated mix duration, A news module aggregates topical information targeted from one or more news fields, pertaining to at least one of the sound files, as the sound file is added to the playlist. A publishing module compiles the aggregated visual and sound files, respectively, while updating the aggregated news. Provided the elapsed mix duration is less than or equal to the allocated mix duration, a discrete playlist is displayed on a User interface console as the sound files are played, when prompted by the system or the User.

摘要: Multi-mode communication devices capable of wLAN and WAN wireless network communication modes and/or wired modes can be configured to communicate for backend services (e.g. Web Services, database, events) via a network gateway to operate in response to available modes. For example, for some activities (e.g. notification messages), the devices may be configured to communication in any available mode (WAN or wLAN) while for other activities (e.g. high bandwidth communications), the devices may be restricted to one mode only (e.g. wLAN). Component applications for execution by the devices can specify message delivery properties to indicate the mode(s) to may used for a particular message. Runtime mode information may be provided and maintained automatically by a communications subsystem interface for determining mode availability. A programming tool and gateway are also described.

摘要: An apparatus and method for tracking dialogue and other sound signals in film, television or other systems with multiple channel sound is described. One or more audio channels which is expected to carry the speech of persons appearing in the program or other particular types of sounds is inspected to determine if that channel's audio includes particular sounds such as MUEVs, including phonemes corresponding to human speech patterns. If an improper number of particular sounds such as phonemes are found in the channel(s) an action such as a report, an alarm, a correction, or other action is taken. The inspection of the audio channel(s) may be made in conjunction with the appearance of corresponding images associated with the sound, such as visemes in the video signal, to improve the determination of types of sounds such as phonemes.

摘要: The invention provides an aqueous gel comprising: a) from 0.5 to 5 wt % dispersed modified cellulose biopolymer, wherein the modification consists of the cellulose having its C6 primary alcohols oxidised to carboxyl moieties (acid/COOH—) on 10 to 70% of the glucose units and substantially all the remainder of the C6 positions occupied by unmodified primary alcohols; b) a water-soluble or water-miscible organic non-solvent for the modified cellulose biopolymer; c) 0 to 10 wt % non-surfactant electrolyte, and d) water; in which the aqueous gel comprises less than 3 wt % oil phase ingredients. The aqueous gels of the invention offer excellent tactile properties, in particular superior skin feel and reduced stickiness. Furthermore, the gels have thixotropic properties, allowing their usage in pumpable or sprayable formats. They also provide sufficient structure for the suspension of a variety of particulate materials.
