    摘要: Disclosed is an electromagnetic type fuel injection valve including a stator iron core, an electromagnetic coil concentric with the stator iron core, a casing formed of a magnetizable material and accommodating therein the stator iron core and the electromagnetic coil, a moving body provided at its end with a valve body, a stopper for the moving body, a valve seat opposite to the stopper with the moving body interposed therebetween and a spring engaged with an end of the moving body for biasing the same, the moving body being adapted to reciprocate between the valve seat and the stator iron core under the magnetizing force of the electromagnetic coil and the biasing force of the spring, and having an armature adapted to be absorbed by the stator iron core and a rod contiguous with the valve body, the armature and the rod being formed of the same material so as to be integral with each other, a guide portion of the rod and a portion of the moving body adapted to abut against the stopper being subjected to a hardening treatment, and the electromagnetic absorbing force of the armature being increased by reducing the leak magnetic flux leaking through the rod.

    摘要: An electromagnetic fuel injector suitable for use in an automotive engine has a cylindrical yoke constituting a body of the fuel injector, a solenoid coil and a stator core fixedly received in the cylindrical yoke, a movable core adapted to be attracted by the stator core, and a movable valve responsive to the movable core so as to be moved into and out of contact with a fuel injection valve seat in accordance with the balance of force between an electromagnetic force produced by the solenoid coil and a force produced by a spring received in the stator core. The stator core is coaxially received in the cylindrical yoke with a portion of the material of either one of the stator core and the yoke being plastically deformed into an annular groove formed in the opposing surface of the other of the stator core and the yoke. In consequence, the stator core and the yoke are coupled to and held on each other by the contracting force produced by the plastically deformed material in and around the annular groove.

    摘要: An electromagnetic fuel injector comprising: a movable member with a valve body provided at one end and an armature made of a magnetic material provided at the other end; a cylindrical core made of a magnetic material, the core being disposed in such a manner that the distal end thereof opposes the armature; an electromagnetic coil disposed around the cylindrical core for producing an electromagnetic force between the cylindrical core and the armature when the coil is energized; and guide sections for guiding the movement of the movable member in the axial direction, the guide sections being disposed in the vicinities of the valve body and the armature of the movable member. The guide section provided in the vicinity of the armature comprises a sliding member made of a non-magnetic material and disposed between the armature and the core. The colliding surface of the core and the armature is coated with a nickel layer which serves as an impact absorbing layer and a chromium oxide layer which serves as a surface hardening layer. A seal ring is provided between the outer periphery of a plug portion of the core and the inner periphery of a casing. The yoke is coupled to the core at a location which is closer to a fuel outlet from the seal ring.

    摘要: An electromagnetic fuel injector suitable for use in an automotive engine has a cylindrical yoke constituting a body of the fuel injector, a solenoid coil and a stator core fixedly received in the cylindrical yoke, a movable core adapted to be attracted by the stator core, and a movable valve responsive to the movable core so as to be moved into and out of contact with a fuel injection valve seat in accordance with the balance of force between an electromagnetic force produced by the solenoid coil and a force produced by a spring received in the stator core.     摘要: An electromagnetic fuel injector for internal combustion engines has a core defining therein a central bore and a fuel adjuster disposed therein and having an upstream end spaced downstream from an inlet end of the core. The central bore includes an inlet portion extending between the inlet end of the core and the upstream end of the fuel adjuster and providing an inner peripheral surface operative to guide the fuel in a laminar flow toward and into the fuel adjuster for thereby minimizing the occurrence of pulsated fuel pressure variation and voids which took place heretofore to cause cavitation in the fuel passage in the injector, whereby the range of fuel injection control can be widened.

    摘要: A low speed fuel supply system for a carburetor of an engine, with the system including an ascending fuel passage communicating with a fuel supply. A fuel-air passage is provided with an air bleed at an upper end, with the fuel-air passage opening, at the upper end thereof, into an induction passage of the carburetor upstream of a throttle valve mounted across the induction passage. A lower end of the fuel-air passage communicates with the induction passage in a vicinity of the throttle valve. A horizontally disposed fluid passage is provided for connecting both the upper ends of the fuel-air passage and the ascending fuel passage. The horizontally disposed fluid passage forms a valve seat, with a guide member being provided forming a valve body disposed in alignment with the valve seat. An air bleed introduces air into the upper portion of the ascending fuel passage directly toward the valve body. By operation of the low pressure induced in the induction passage, fuel is sucked from the fuel supply, guided by the valve body, and directed to the valve seat, while air introduced from the air bleed is directed to the valve body. The air and fuel are divided into two layers and flow into the valve seat. The flows of two layers into the fuel-air passage, with fuel flowing while adhering on a wall of the fuel-air passage and the air flows along a central portion of the flowing fuel, while the fuel adheres to the wall of the induction passage so that an annular flow is formed and a stable and continuous flow can be effected.
