摘要: A method for making an anti-skid apparatus for an automobile tire includes coating a plurality of core materials with rubber to form a plurality of cords; placing the cords in grooves of a preliminary molding plate and knitting the cords to form a net body; molding the cord into a non-vulcanized net body which inherently possesses crossing sections-where one of the plurality of cords lies on top of another of the plurality of cords; pressing the crossing sections so as to cause the core materials at the crossing sections to become linearly aligned; and vulcanizing the pressed non-vulcanized anti-skid net bodies to form a vulcanized net body. The step of pressing the crossing sections temporarily fixes the respective cords to each other at respective crossing sections. Also, affixing elements are attached to the vulcanized net body to detachably secure the vulcanized net body to an automobile tire.

摘要: The problem that a metal wire joined integrally to a hole formed in a proximal end face of a medical suture needle is susceptible to bending damage is reduced.A suture needle A has a blind hole 5 which is formed in a proximal end face 3, inserts the end of a wire 10 thereinto, and joins the wire 10 thereto by caulking, and a counterbore 6 which is formed on the proximal end face 3 side of the blind hole 5 and has a dimension D at least in the proximal end face 3 larger than a dimension d of the blind hole 5 and a depth L smaller than a depth of a caulked portion with respect to the blind hole 5. A suture needle with wire inserts the end of the wire 10 into the blind hole 5 to caulk the outer circumference of the suture needle corresponding to the blind hole 5, thereby integrally joins the wire 10 thereto.

摘要: The present invention relates to a process for producing ethanol by carrying out the following steps: performing enzymatic saccharification of pre-treated lignocellulosic biomass in a reaction system; performing ethanol fermentation of fermentable sugars obtained from the saccharified pre-treated lignocellulosic biomass in the same reaction zone as the enzymatic saccharification; distilling ethanol directly off from a reaction treatment liquid in the reaction zone, so as to recover the ethanol. The process suitably uses an ethanol producing apparatus including: one reaction vessel having a biomass raw material inlet, a diastatic enzyme inlet, and a fermentation microorganism inlet; heating means for adjusting a temperature inside the reaction vessel; pH controlling means for controlling pH inside the reaction vessel; stirring means for stirring a liquid inside the reaction vessel; and distilling means for distilling the liquid inside the reaction vessel, which distilling means is directly connected to the reaction vessel. Hence, the present invention enables efficient production of ethanol from the lignocellulosic biomass with simple operations.
