摘要： A surgical instrument for anastomosis of first and second blood vessels includes a housing having distal and proximal ends, a handle and a disposable loading unit removably mounted to the distal end of the housing. The loading unit includes upper and lower fastener support members having a passage defined therethrough for receiving an end of the second blood vessel and configured to releasably support a plurality of surgical fasteners. The loading unit also includes a retractable anvil located at a distal end of the loading unit, the anvil being movable relative to the fastener support member in response to actuation of the handle to simultaneously deform the of surgical fasteners.

摘要： A surgical instrument for anastomosis of first and second blood vessels is provided. The surgical instrument includes a housing having distal and proximal ends and a handle and a disposable loading unit removably mounted to the distal end of the housing. The housing includes upper and lower fastener support members having a passage defined therethrough configured to receive an end of the second blood vessel and configured to releasably support a plurality of substantially L-shaped surgical fasteners and a retractable anvil located at a distal end of the loading unit, the anvil being movable relative to the fastener support members in response to actuation of the handle to simultaneously deform the surgical fasteners.

摘要： A hemostasis device for percutaneously sealing a puncture in the wall of a blood vessel includes a rigid post, and a foot, a seal and a retaining member mounted on the rigid post. The hemostasis device may be deployed in the puncture so that the foot is positioned within the blood vessel. Tension is applied to the rigid post to hold the foot against the inside surface of the blood vessel. The retaining member is then pushed along the length of the rigid post, advancing the seal to a deployed state against the outside surface of the blood vessel. The puncture in the blood vessel is sandwiched between the foot and the seal in the deployed state. The rigid post, foot, seal and retaining member may all be formed from a resorbable polymeric material.

摘要： A catheter has a lumen for a thrombectomy device and at least two balloons of different compliancies. In one embodiment, the catheter is adapted to clear dialysis grafts. One balloon is adapted to expand a stenosis at a venous junction of a dialysis graft and another balloon is adapted to pull a stenosis at an arterial junction of a dialysis graft. A single catheter may be used to perform a dialysis thrombectomy procedure.

摘要： Disposable loading units (DLUs) configured for mounting to a robotic arm for performing at least one surgical task are presented. Each DLU includes an attachment platform having at least one connector for engaging at least one connector on a distal end of the robotic arm for connecting the DLU to the robotic arm, a head portion connected to the attachment platform at one end and configured for housing an electromechanical actuation assembly therein, and at least one surgical tool member extending from the head portion and operatively associated with the electromechanical actuation assembly for controlling the operation and movement of the at least one surgical tool member. The at least one surgical tool member may include a cutting assembly, an aortic hole punch assembly, a lasing assembly, a coring assembly, or a vascular suturing assembly.
