摘要： A heat accumulator for vehicle use, attached to a vehicle, has a double tank structure composed of an outer tank and an inner tank, a space formed between the outer tank and the inner tank being maintained as a vacuum, the outer tank and the inner tank each have an opening on a bottom face, the opening of the outer tank and that of the inner tank are joined to each other at the entire peripheries of the openings, preventing means for preventing fatigue failure from starting at the joining portion being provided at a portion extending from the opening to at least a side of the outer tank.

The present invention provides a micro-reactor for biological substance inspection including a sample storage section, a reagent storage section, a sample pre-processing section, a micro-pump connecting section and a branched minute flow path. And a sample pre-processed by the sample pre-processing section is fed into the minute flow path branched off into at least two parts by a micro-pump and a liquid dividing section, and on the downstream side of each of the branched minute flow paths, the sample is fed to a flow path constituting a reaction site, and then to a flow path constituting the detection site, thereby providing simultaneous measurement of a plurality of items of a sample.

摘要： A method for manufacturing a polyester film is disclosed which comprises a polyester film before completion of orienting crystalization and, provided thereon, a sublayer comprising a copolymer containing 70 to 99.5 wt % of vinylidene chloride, and an antistatic layer comprising an ionic polymer, in that order. A coating solution is coated on the polyester film to form the sublayer with a dry thickness of 1 to 20 g/m.sup.2. The total solid content of the coating solution is not less than 4 wt %, and the coating solution contains a latex of the copolymer with an average particle size of 0.05 to 0.3 .mu.m. Heat is applied at a temperature not less than 30.degree. higher than the melting point of the copolymer, and the antistatic layer is formed on the sublayer.

After lysing a bacterial cell in the specimen by bacteriolysis reagent stored in bacteriolysis reagent storage section 3, and after adsorbing bacterial genes on carriers filled in carrier filling section 4, there is conducted preliminary processing for washing and detecting bacterial genes. Further, there are provided a control means that switches the direction of liquid-feeding for a liquid containing bacterial genes fed to carrier filling section 4, a check valve, amplified reagent storage section 7 and a cooling means such as Pertier element that cools reagent mixing section.
