    摘要: A power steering device for use with a boat propulsion unit has a hydraulic cylinder unit for angularly moving a steering arm of the boat propulsion unit. A rotary valve mechanism for supplying working oil from a working oil tank to the hydraulic cylinder unit and discharging working oil from the hydraulic cylinder unit to the working oil tank comprises a flat valve body having oil holes defined transversely therethrough and a valve housing assembly housing the flat valve body and having ports defined therein for communication with the oil holes, the ports being connected to the working oil tank and the hydraulic cylinder unit. The power steering device also includes a steering shaft for operating the rotary valve mechanism in response to a steering action. The hydraulic cylinder unit, the rotary valve mechanism, and the steering shaft are integrally joined to each other.

    摘要: A steering system for a boat propelling apparatus is disclosed, which includes an operation unit, a steering piston-and-cylinder assembly and an operating fluid switching unit. The operation unit causes a steering arm of a propelling unit to be operated with operation of a steering wheel installed in the boat. The steering piston-and-cylinder assembly is connected to an operating fluid supply pump and a drain tank and capable of being supplied with operating fluid. Its piston rod is coupled to the steering arm. The operating fluid switching unit is disposed between the steering piston-and-cylinder assembly on one hand and the operating fluid supply pump and the drain tank on the other hand, and it switches the flow of operating fluid with the operation of the operation unit. It includes a switching section having a poppet valve coupled to the operation unit. The operating fluid switching unit includes a switching section and a normally closed drain control section. The switching section switches the flow of operating fluid directed form the operating fluid supply pump to the steering piston-and-cylinder assembly. The drain control section controls the flow of operating fluid directed from the operating fluid supply pump to the drain tank, and after the lapse of a predetermined period of time from the instant of start of the operating fluid supply pump it is closed, whereby operating fluid is led to the switching section only. The operating fluid supply pump is operative at all times, and it leads operating fluid through the drain control section to the drain tank in the inoperative state of the operation unit while leading operating fluid through the switching section to the steering piston-and-cylinder assembly in the operative state of the operation unit.

    摘要: A printed circuit board apparatus comprises a printed circuit board. The printed circuit board includes a first and a second surface and a hole portion. A printed pattern is formed on the first surface, and a parts having a lead is mounted on the second surface. The printed circuit board apparatus also includes an eyelet and plural solder entering portions. The eyelet includes a curling portion and a head portion positioned on the first and second surfaces of the printed circuit board, respectively, and a cylindrical portion, connecting the head and curling portion, inserted into the hole of the printed circuit board. A plurality of solder entering portions are formed at equal intervals on the curling portion. From the solder entering portions, solder enters into space between the curling portion and the first surface face of the printed pattern surrounding the hole of the printed circuit board and the eyelet.

    摘要: An incandescent lamp assembly has a generally elliptical vitreous envelope including a cylindrical neck, stem mount with a pair of lead-in wires, and a screw-in base capped on the cylindrical portion of the envelope. The cylindrical neck of the envelope has a circular protruded ring along the entire periphery thereof and in the corresponding position of the screw-in base is provided a concave channel, for a push-in coupling. A flared rim is integrally formed with the concave channel and extends gradually outwardly to bear along the envelope, giving elastic deformation to the upper half of the screw-in base. The lead-in wire is interposed between the cylindrical neck and the screw-in base and fixedly positioned at the circular protruded ring. For prevention of relative rotational movement, heat resistant silicone rubber is applied on the circular protruded ring.
