The present invention provides a one-liquid low temperature hardenable type colored enamel paint and a one-liquid low temperature hardenable type clear paint, which are used for coating of plastic materials and sufficiently harden even by baking at a low temperature and can form a hardened coating film that is excellent in contaminationproofing and acidproofing without damaging flexibility. The colored enamel paint comprises: resin components, which include a polyesterpolyol and an acrylic polyol; a crosslinking agent, which includes a blocked isocyanate as the essential component and may further include a melamine resin; a blocked isocyanate dissociation catalyst, which at least includes a dibutyltin dicarboxylate; and a pigment. The clear paint comprises: a resin component, which includes an acrylic polyol; the crosslinking agent; and the blocked isocyanate dissociation catalyst.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a water-based one-pack-type coating composition which can form a coating film having a satisfactory feel of achieving a soft feel and coating film performance simultaneously and further maintains common performance of paint such as excellent design (a matt appearance, etc.), an adhesion property, coating film strength, abrasion resistance, water resistance, oil and grease-contamination resistance. A water-based one-pack-type coating composition of the present invention comprises: an ionomer resin emulsion (A), a polyolefin resin emulsion (B), resin particles (C), and a urethane dispersion (D), wherein a solid content mass ratio (mass ratio as converted into a solid content) of (C)/{(A)+(B)+(D)} is 40/100 to 100/100, a solid content mass ratio of (A)/(B) is 1/3 to 3/1, and a solid content mass ratio of {(A)+(B)}/(D) is 40/60 to 70/30.

An expandable coating composition yields an expanded coating film and contains (a) a polyol compound, (b) an isocyanate compound, and (c) water; the (a) polyol compound reacts with a part of the (b) isocyanate compound, thereby yielding polyurethane resin; the remaining (b) isocyanate compound reacts with the (c) water, thereby yielding carbon dioxide; the polyurethane resin has a breaking strength of 5 N/cm2 or greater and less than 200 N/cm2 in a case in which an elongation percentage thereof is 100% or less; and the polyurethane resin has a breaking strength of 5 N/cm2 to 1,500 N/cm2 in a case in which an elongation percentage thereof is more than 100%.
