    摘要: A bladder clamping device for a tire vulcanizing press is disclosed in which a lower ring on which a lower end portion of a bladder is fitted remains fixed to allow the lower end portion of the bladder to be clamped in a condition in which it has been fitted firmly by an operator. The bladder clamping device for a tire vulcanizing press comprises a lower ring and a clamping ring located on the inner side and the outer side relative to each other at a central portion of a lower mold of the tire vulcanizing press for cooperatively clamping a lower end portion of a bladder, and a hydraulic cylinder having a rod connected to the clamping ring for moving the clamping ring upwardly and downwardly relative to the lower ring.

    摘要: A battery system for a vehicle is provided with discharge circuits (R1, 129A through 129D, 128A through 128D) that discharge battery cells (BC1 through BC4) via measurement lines of those battery cells (BC1 through BC4). A control circuit transmits to an integrated circuit (3A) a first discharge command that causes discharge of the odd numbered battery cells (BC1 and BC3) of a cell group (GB1), a first transmission command that causes transmission to the control circuit of the terminal voltages of only the odd numbered battery cells (BC1 and BC3) measured during execution of the first discharge command, a second discharge command that causes discharge of the even numbered battery cells (BC2 and BC4) of the cell group (GB1), and a second transmission command that causes transmission to the control circuit of the terminal voltages of only the even numbered battery cells (BC2 and BC4) measured during execution of the second discharge command; and, based on the these various terminal voltages transmitted from the integrated circuit (3A), the control circuit diagnoses abnormalities in the system that includes the battery cells, the measurement lines, and the discharge circuits.

    摘要: A die changer truck for use with a tire vulcanizer, including a self-propelled chassis adapted to halt in front of the tire vulcanizer, a swiveling table rotatably mounted on the self-propelled chassis, two mounting sections for respectively mounting two die assemblies, and two carrier units for respectively carrying two bladder assemblies. The two mounting sections and the two carrier units are provided as two sets on the swiveling table. The two sets are selectively positioned by rotation of the swiveling table. Accordingly, the carriage and change of not only the die assemblies but also the bladder assemblies with respect to the tire vulcanizer can be automated.

    摘要: A tiltable pedal is assembled with a pin which is laterally welded to an accelerator lever. The pedal has two lugs formed with mutually aligned through holes. At least one of the lugs is further formed with a V-shaped slit which is contiguous with the through hole. The pin is laterally pressed through the slit into the through hole to allow tilting of the pedal about the pin. An end portion of the tilt spring is extended across the V-shaped slit to prevent the pin from moving laterally out of the through hole and through the V-shaped slit.
