摘要： A resin composition comprising (A) a polyolefin resin, (B) a vinyl alcohol copolymer and (C′) a block copolymer composed of a polymer block of an aromatic vinyl compound and an isobutylenic polymer block, the weight ratio of (A) to (B) ranging from 100/10 to 100/1000 and the weight ratio of (C′) to [(A)+(B)] ranging from 5/100 to 1000/100 is a flexible resin material having high gas barrier properties, good heat resistance and good moldability or formability so that it is useful as a material for various molded or formed articles. In addition, a closure (cap, stopper or the like) for containers or a sealing element (packing element) for the closure for containers which is formed of a resin composition comprising (A) a polyolefin resin, (B) a vinyl alcohol copolymer and (C) an elastomer, the weight ratio of (A) to (B) ranging from 100/10 to 100/1000 and the weight ratio of (C) to [(A)+(B)] ranging from 5/100 to 100/100 has good hermetical sealing properties and good mountability onto (or within) a container and is also excellent in the long-term shelf stability of contents.

摘要： (1) A methacrylic ester or an acrylic ester is anionically polymerized, using a polymerization initiator compound comprising an addition reaction product of a conjugated diene compound and an organic alkali metal compound, in the presence of a tertiary organoaluminum compound having in the molecule thereof a chemical structure represented by a formula: Al—O—Ar wherein Ar represents an aromatic ring; or (2) a methacrylic ester or an acrylic ester is anionically polymerized, using a polymerization initiator compound comprising an addition reaction product of an organic alkali metal compound and a compound having a 1,1-diaryl-1-alkene structure, by adding the ester in the form of a mixture with the above-mentioned specific tertiary organoaluminum compound to the polymerization system. In this way, various species of the esters can be anionically polymerized with a high initiation efficiency and a high living polymerization property in a solvent which can easily be recovered and reused under a mild cooling condition, using an organic alkali metal compound which has relatively good convenience.

摘要： A thermoplastic polymer composition is provided that includes 100 parts by weight of a block copolymer and/or its hydrogenate having polymer blocks of an aromatic vinyl compound and polymer blocks of a conjugated diene compound, and from 5 to 95 parts by weight of a block copolymer having polymer blocks of an aromatic vinyl compound and/or an olefinic compound and polymer blocks having a constitutional unit derived from a (meth) acrylic compound, a laminate containing a layer of the composition, and a hot-melt adhesive that includes the composition. Because it has good melt adhesiveness, the composition of the invention can firmly adhere in melt to various polar or non-polar materials. Using the composition, it is easy to produce laminates having a layer of the composition and a layer of some other material, through melt shaping or any other melt adhesion techniques. Since the composition of the invention is satisfactorily elastic and flexible, the laminates having a layer of the composition on their surface are flexible and elastic and have a good feel, and, in addition, they are safe because of their shock absorbability and cushionability.
