    摘要: Matrix printer means having plurality of write heads. In order to be able to achieve a print width in matrix printer means that is greater than that of an individual write head and in order to simultaneously enhance the resolution beyond the basic resolution of the write head or in order to enable multi-color printing, a plurality of rows of write heads are provided. The neighboring write heads in one row and the rows themselves are arranged phase-shifted relative to one another or the colors of the write heads in every row and between the rows are cyclically interchanged. The plurality of required rows of write heads is thus reduced to a minimum.

    摘要: In a system and method for monitoring cardiac synchrony in a human heart, a first sensor is positioned at a first cardiac wall location of a heart that is subject to movements related to longitudinal valve plane movements along the longitudinal axis of the heart, and the first sensor measures said cardiac wall movements at the first cardiac wall location and emits a first sensor output signal corresponding thereto, a second sensor is positioned at a second cardiac wall location of the heart that is subject to movements related to longitudinal valve plane movements along the longitudinal axis of the heart, and the second sensor measures the cardiac wall movements at the second cardiac wall location and emits a second sensor output signal corresponding thereto. A lead arrangement is electrically connected to the first and second sensors and conducts the first and second sensor output signals therefrom to processing circuitry that processes the first and second sensor output signals to produce a synchronization signal therefrom indicative of synchrony in the respective valve plane movements at the first and second cardiac wall locations.

    摘要: An implantable medical device has a pressure sensing arrangement to measure right ventricular pressure of a heart including a pressure sensor adapted to be positioned in the right ventricle of the heart, to measure the pressure and to generate a pressure signal in response to the measured pressure. The pressure sensing arrangement also has a pressure signal processor and a timing unit. The processor determines from the pressure signal, using diastolic timing signals from the timing unit based on the pressure signal identifying the diastolic phase, a diastolic pressure signal representing the ventricular pressure only during the diastolic phase of the heart cycle.

    摘要: This invention relates to a viscous medium feeder, which has an inlet, an outlet, a tubular portion, a routable cylindrical shaft arranged in and extending coaxial with said tubular portion, and a drive motor connected to the shaft. The tubular portion has an internal thread, which is connected, at one end thereof, to the inlet, and, at the other end thereof, to the outlet. Further, the tubular portion is elastic, and the shaft abuts inner wall portions of the tubular portion. The invention also relates to a feeder tube, and a jetting device.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for increasing inking resolution with an ink-mosaic recording device. In order to increase the resolution simply and without additional transducers, each transducer is comprised of two contacted piezoelectric strips which are enclosed between plates. By means of differing voltage on the strips, the transducer bends in addition to a change in cross-section of the channel formed. Thus, it becomes possible to eject drops of fluid at different positions intermediate undeflected drop ejection positions.
