    摘要: An embroidery sewing machine is provided for automatically driving an embroidery frame along X and Y axes. The bed of the machine is provided with a pair of parallel slots extending parallel to the X axis. A pair of carriages extend through said slots and the opposite ends of a single Y-axis guide rod which extends parallel to the Y-axis are secured to said carriages. A traveller is movably guided along the guide rod and one of said carriages is movably guided along a similar X-axis guide rod mounted below the bed. A pair of servo motors each having a drive roller are disposed under the bed and the carriages and traveller are each provided with a plurality of rollers. Wires extend around the rollers and rotation of one of the servo motors drives the carriages upon which the Y-axis guide rod is mounted along the X-axis guide rod. The rotation of the other servo motor causes the traveller to be driven in the Y-axis direction along the Y-axis guide rod. The embroidery frame is magnetically secured to the traveller for easy detachment. The servo motors operate under the control of a magnetic tape.

    摘要: A sewing machine is provided which automatically drives an embroidery frame in two directions of X- and Y-axes during the time a sewing needle is disengaged from a cloth to be worked. An X-axis drive system and a Y-axis drive system are provided which drive the embroidery frame in the directions of the X- and Y-axes in a conventional manner. The machine includes an electromagnetic clutch mechanism which selectively engages or disengages a needle bar with or from a needle bar drive system in order to permit an increased stroke selectively for which the embroidery frame is driven for each stitch. Additionally, an electronic control system is provided which energizes the electromagnetic clutch mechanism to disengage the needle bar from the needle bar drive system whenever either one of X-axis and Y-axis components of the stroke contained in an embroidery sewing data exceeds a given value, and which deenergizes the clutch mechanism after the termination of driving the embroidery frame and engages the needle bar with the needle bar drive system. If either component of the stroke exceeds the given value, the arm shaft idles to maintain the needle bar at its upper dead center during the time the embroidery frame is being driven. Subsequently, when the drive to the embroidery frame is terminated, a downward movement of the needle bar is allowed.

    摘要: A control apparatus for the embroidery sewing machine which comprises at least two D.C. servomotors for providing controlled power output for driving an embroidery frame, one pair of sensors responsive to rotation of the servomotors for providing detect signals in the form of feedback signals, a presettable counter located at pre-stage to a servomotor drive output amplifier circuit and having an input of the feedback signals in the form of up/down signals, the presettable counter containing a preset value for one stitch operation and counting up or down toward making the preset value zero according to the feedback signal resulting in a residual value if the servomotors are incompletely actuated, and correcting means for superposing the residual value in the counter with a value to be set therein for the next succeeding stitch operation, whereby integral accumulation of errors due to incomplete actuation of each servomotor for each stitch operation can be effectively eliminated. The control apparatus further includes indicator elements which tell the appropriate operation in progress and the completion thereof, and control keys which permit a repetitive operation including a return and an advance, a stop, etc. as required.

    摘要: A constant-speed running controller for maintaining the running speed of a vehicle at a fixed level by regulating the degree of opening of the throttle valve of the vehicle. The constant-speed running controller comprises speed detectors for detecting the running speed of the vehicle, a shift position detecting switch for detecting the shift position of the shift lever, a mode selecting switch for switching the running mode of the vehicle between an automatic speed change control mode and an automatic speed change constant-speed running control mode, a throttle opening degree detector for detecting the degree of opening of the throttle valve, a brake switch for detecting the application of the brake system, a target running speed setting switch, a resume switch for restarting the previously established constant-speed running control mode, a constant-speed running mode selecting switch for selecting the constant-speed running control function, a microcomputer for processing data received from the foregoing switches and detectors and giving control signals to the functional devices for regulating the running speed of the vehicle. An effective target running speed for constant-speed running is determined on the basis of a temporary target running speed, an average running speed obtained by processing sample running speeds sampled in a predetermined time interval, and the difference between the temporary target running speed and the average running speed.
