    摘要: A rotary compressor for compressing a refrigerant gas has a by-pass port and a control valve means. The by-pass port communicates at one end with a suction chamber containing the gas to be compressed, and at the other end with a compression chamber wherein compression of the refrigerant gas is in progress. The control valve means includes a valve spool accommodated in a chamber formed in a front side plate of the compressor and movable between its full-load position, where a gas suction port is opened to the compression chamber while the by-pass port is closed, and its partial-load position where the former is at least partially closed while the latter is opened. The valve spool is normally biased to its partial-load position. During operation of the compressor, the valve spool is placed under the influence of a first pressure of the gas acting to urge the same towards its said full-load position, and to a second pressure of the gas to urge the same towards its said partial-load position. The spool is shifted automatically to its partial-load position when the difference between these first and second pressures is decreased with a drop of cooling load. The compressor of the invention further comprises a flow control means for regulating the flow of the gas into its compression chambers in the event of a rapid increase of compressor speed.

The controller includes a storage unit which stores a discharge command region to be set in accordance with the swing speed of the swing structure with regard to the amount of stored electricity in the electrical storage device, and a computing unit which, if the amount of stored electricity in the electrical storage device reaches the discharge command region stored in the storage unit, computes an additional drive torque command value for increasing the amount of powering of the electric motor in accordance with the amount of stored electricity in the electrical storage device, the computing unit further outputting the additional drive torque command value to the electric motor to drive the swing structure.

The hybrid construction machine comprises: an inverter controller which outputs a PWM signal to an inverter and thereby controls the revolution speed of an electric motor; a first electric circuit including blocking means which blocks the PWM signal outputted from the inverter controller to the inverter in response to either an immobilization selection inputted through a gate lock lever switch or an OFF selection inputted through an ignition switch; and a second electric circuit including a swing brake solenoid valve which activates a swing brake in response to either the immobilization selection inputted through the gate lock lever switch or the OFF selection inputted through the ignition switch.

The pistons are coupled to the rotary shaft through the cam. The thrust bearing is provided between the cam and the cylinder block. The thrust bearing includes a first race in contact with the cam, a second race in contact with the cylinder block, and rolling elements retained between the first and second races to form a gap therebetween. The oil passage is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft so as to extend from the gap to the outlet of the in-shaft passage.

The first and the second rotary valves respectively have first and second introduction passages. The distance to the first communication passage from the suction pressure region through the first introduction passage is greater than the distance to the second communication passage from the suction pressure region through the second introduction passage. The first communication passage with a circular cross-section in the cylinder block connects the first compression chamber to the first introduction passage. The second communication passage with a circular cross-section in the cylinder block connects the second compression chamber to the second introduction passage. The diameter of the first communication passage is greater than the diameter of the second communication passage.

    摘要: A refrigerating system for air-conditioning an air-conditioned area, and incorporating therein a variable capacity refrigerant compressor in which the delivery amount of the compressed refrigerant is varied by changing the stroke of the reciprocating pistons which are operatively connected to a swash plate mechanism by changing its angle of inclination in response to a change in the pressure in a crank chamber, a condenser for condensing the compressed gas-phase refrigerant from the compressor, a pressure reducing unit for reducing the pressure of the liquid-phase refrigerant, an evaporator for vaporizing the liquid-phase refrigerant by removing heat from the air, around the evaporator, which cools the air-conditioned area, and a refrigerant supply conduit supplying the crank chamber of the compressor with a part of the liquid-phase refrigerant flowing in a portion of the refrigerant conduit extending from the condenser to the evaporator so that during the minimum capacity operation of the compressor, the compressor is cooled and lubricated by the supplied refrigerant. A flow regulating unit for adjustably regulating the flow of the liquid-phase refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant supply conduit is also arranged.
