摘要: In a zoom lens system having a plurality of lens units including a focusing lens unit movable during zooming and having the zooming and focusing functions, when a predetermined movement locus for zooming is expressed with the angle of rotation of a rotatable lens barrel for prescribing the amount of movement of the lens units in the direction of the optical axis thereof as a variable, the movement locus of the focusing lens unit is formed by the combination of a focus cam and a zoom compensation cam, and the movement locus of the movable non-focusing lens units which are not concerned in focusing is formed by the combination of the zoom compensation cam and a zoom cam corresponding to each non-focusing lens unit.

摘要: A zoom lens barrel has a lens unit with both functions of zooming and focusing, comprises a first cyindrical member having a zoom guide groove (or zoom cam) corresponding to a zooming orbit of displacement of the lens unit with both the functions of zooming and focusing and a second cylindrical member having a focus guide groove (or focus cam) for displacing the lens unit with the functions of zooming and focusing along an optical axis for focusing. The focus guide groove or focus cam is non-linear and has an area inclined with respect to the optical axis to permit the relative displacement of the first and second cylindrical members to each other in the optical axis direction necessary for the focusing of a given object to be held substantially constant irrespective of the status of zooming and also permit the displacement of the lens unit with both the functions of zooming and focusing for focusing to be varied according to the status of zooming.

摘要: A waterproof operation mechanism of an interchangeable lens barrel having an operation member which is rotatably set around a periphery of the interchangeable lens barrel. A button engages with the operation member such that the button penetrates the operation member and protrudes outward from the operation member. The button functions to fix the operation member at a predetermined rotation position and to release the operation member from the predetermined rotation position. The interchangeable lens barrel includes a knurled part around its periphery, the knurled part being made of an elastic material and having a protruding portion integrally formed therewith to cover the button. Further, the operation member includes a fitting groove on a periphery of the operation member to prevent the knurled part from being displaced in a direction of an optical axis of the lens barrel.

摘要: An object is to provide a semiconductor device including a microcrystalline semiconductor film with favorable quality and a method for manufacturing the semiconductor device. In a thin film transistor formed using a microcrystalline semiconductor film, yttria-stabilized zirconia having a fluorite structure is formed in the uppermost layer of a gate insulating film in order to improve quality of a microcrystalline semiconductor film to be formed in the initial stage of deposition. The microcrystalline semiconductor film is deposited on the yttria-stabilized zirconia, so that the microcrystalline semiconductor film around an interface with a base particularly has favorable crystallinity while by crystallinity of the base.

摘要: Provided is a highly reliable semiconductor device by giving stable electric characteristics to a transistor in which a semiconductor film whose threshold voltage is difficult to control is used as an active layer. By using a silicon oxide film having a negative fixed charge as a film in contact with the active layer of the transistor or a film in the vicinity of the active layer, a negative electric field is always applied to the active layer due to the negative fixed charge and the threshold voltage of the transistor can be shifted in the positive direction. Thus, the highly reliable semiconductor device can be manufactured by giving stable electric characteristics to the transistor.

摘要: It is an object of the invention to provide a lightweight semiconductor device having a highly reliable sealing structure which can prevent ingress of impurities such as moisture that deteriorate element characteristics, and a method of manufacturing thereof. A protective film having superior gas barrier properties (which is a protective film that is likely to damage an element if the protective film is formed on the element directly) is previously formed on a heat-resistant substrate other than a substrate with the element formed thereon. The protective film is peeled off from the heat-resistant substrate, and transferred over the substrate with the element formed thereon so as to seal the element.
