    摘要： An electrical assembly includes a plate unit disposed on a battery module, at least one electrical equipment loaded on the plate unit, and a pack terminal loaded on the plate unit. The pack terminal includes a terminal bolt configured to be contacted and connected to a connector of an external device; and a nut configured to be fastened to the terminal bolt. The electrical assembly further includes at least one bus bar loaded on the plate unit and configured to electrically connect the pack terminal to a module terminal of the battery module. At a side portion of the plate unit, an insert portion that is open to allow the nut to be inserted therein is formed, and a slot portion is formed to fix the nut inserted through the insert portion at a predetermined position.

The battery module of the present disclosure includes a battery receiving unit including, within a receiving housing, a receiving groove and a receiving structure having a zigzag shape on a receiving sidewall and surrounding the receiving groove, battery cells partially received in the receiving groove and contacted with the receiving structure, and including electrode leads protruded from the receiving housing; and a battery cover including a seating groove formed within a seating housing and open to the receiving groove for seating the battery cells, and a seating structure having a zigzag shape on a seating sidewall surrounding the seating groove, in which the seating housing covers the receiving groove of the receiving housing and is penetrated with the electrode leads.

The battery module includes a plurality of pouch-type secondary batteries; a first frame having an upper cooling plate and a lower cooling plate disposed to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance in a vertical direction to form a cooling flow path in a space therebetween and configured to accommodate the pouch-type secondary battery in at least one of an upper portion of the upper cooling plate and a lower portion of the lower cooling plate; and a second frame having an upper cooling plate and a lower cooling plate to accommodate the pouch-type secondary battery in a way identical to the first frame, the second frame being stacked on the first frame to form a venting flow path in a space between the first frame and the second frame.
