Abstract: A filter system comprises a hollow fiber membrane filter having pores; and an electrostatic adsorption filter partially or wholly having positive charges to be ion adsorbed with nanoparticles of negative charges by an electrostatic attraction, the nanoparticles which exist in the water, and the electrostatic adsorption filter configured to remove in advance the nanoparticles from the water to be supplied to the hollow fiber membrane filter, to prevent a water passing amount of the hollow fiber membrane filter from being rapidly reduced. According to the present invention, the viruses existing in raw water may be removed in accordance with a size exclusion mechanism of the hollow fiber membrane filter, and the nanoparticles, which cause the reduction of the water passing amount of the hollow fiber membrane filter, may be removed using the electrostatic adsorption filter.

The hollow-fibre separation membrane of the present invention has an outermost shell surface pore size of between 0.001 and 0.05 μm and a mean pore size of between 0.01 and 0.1 μm while having, in sequence from the outermost shell surface, a dense sponge structure, a finger-like sponge structure and a mixed sponge-bead structure; and, because of this specific triple structure, the invention has outstanding mechanical strength, porosity and water permeability alike while also having a high performance whereby it is possible to eliminate even viruses.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a hollow fiber membrane. Provided is a cylindrical hollow fiber membrane having an inside in which a hollow part is formed along an axial direction, the hollow fiber membrane including: a first layer positioned at the outermost part so as to be exposed to the outside, and having pores formed therein to make raw water enter and leave via the pores; a second layer formed on the inside of the first layer to filter out contaminants from raw water as the raw water passes through; and a third layer to optionally separate or filter out contaminants from the raw water introduced through the second layer or introduced from the hollow part, wherein the first layer to the third layer are integrally formed; the porosity of the first layer is greater than the porosity of the third layer; and porosities are gradually decreased from the first layer to the third layer.
