    摘要: A TRPM8 related peptide fragment, comprising amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID No: 1-18 is provided. Furthermore, application of TRPM8 protein, TRPM8 related peptide fragment and their antibodies in preparing diagnostic reagent for chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndromes (CP/CPPS) is provided. By detecting level of TRPM8 protein molecule, TRPM8 related peptide fragment and their antibodies, the chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndromes (CP/CPPS) is effectively diagnosed, and the present invention is capable of effectively making a distinction between CP/CPPS and other diseases of prostate. In addition, by intravenously or subcutaneously injecting 1˜30000 IU TRPM8 protein or TRPM8 related polypeptide fragments with or without combining nanoparticles for desensitization therapy, or monoclonal or polyclonal antibodies of the TRPM8 protein or polypeptide fragments, the present invention is capable of curing or significantly relieve clinical symptoms of the chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndromes (CP/CPPS) and having an therapeutic effect.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for preparing L-α-Glycerylphosphorylcholine with high yields and purity. The method uses phospholipase A1-based enzymatic hydrolysis, ion-exchange resin purification and silica gel column chromatography to prepare L-α-glycerylphosphorylcholin with purity up to 99.8% and a final yield up to 78.4%. The method disclosed is simple, cost-effective, environmentally friendly, and adaptable to industrial applications.

    摘要: The present invention relates to methods for accelerating the trans-cis isomerization of 1,2-diphenylethylene analogues by using photocatalyst. According to this invention, in the presence of polypyridyl platinum(II) complex with catalytic dosage, a solution containing trans-1,2-diphenylethylene analogues or mixture of cis- and trans-1,2-diphenylethylene analogues is irradiated by visible light to prepare product of cis-1,2-diphenylethylene analogues or product predominantly being cis-1,2-diphenylethylene analogues under inert gas atmosphere. This method has the advantages of fast reaction, high performance, easy separation of reaction system and recycle of the polypyridyl platinum (II) complexes.

    摘要: According to a preferred aspect of the instant invention, there is provided a system and method of robust vibration suppression which might be used in many subject matters, but which is preferably used in connection with computer controlled electromechanical devices such as disk drive arms. In a first preferred embodiment, a Gaussian waveform is selected as a velocity profile, with its integral and derivatives providing position and acceleration/jerk profiles respectively. According to another preferred embodiment, the movement velocity profile will be selected to be a member of the prolate spheroid family of waveforms. This family of functions has certain optimal properties with respect to the frequency domain concentration of energy for a given time-domain length time series. The movement of a flexible arm that is performed according to the invention will be one that has minimal or reduced residual vibration after it has reached its destination.
