The invention provides nucleic acid hybridization methods for detecting target nucleic acid sequences wherein complexes comprising nanoparticles non-covalently associated with single-stranded tartlet nucleic acid molecules are incubated with immobilized probe nucleic acid molecules. Because the nanoparticles function as competitors in the hybridization reaction between the target nucleic acid molecules and the probe nucleic acid molecules. The methods provide a high degree of discrimination between a perfectly matched target sequence and a sequence having at least a single-base-pair mismatch, even when the hybridization reaction is performed at room temperature. The invention also provides microarray methods and apparatus which incorporate the nanoparticle-assisted hybridization methods.

A method and apparatus for generating an excitation signal for background noise are provided. The method includes: generating a quasi excitation signal by utilizing coding parameters in a speech coding/decoding stage and a transition length of an excitation signal; and obtaining the excitation signal for background noise in a transition stage by generating a weighted sum of the quasi excitation signal and a random excitation signal of a background noise frame. Moreover, the apparatus includes: a quasi excitation signal generation unit and a transition stage excitation signal acquisition unit. Through the synthesizing scheme of comfortable background noise according to the present invention, the transition of a synthesized signal from speech to background noise could be more natural, smooth and continuous, which makes the listeners feel more comfortable.

The invention relates to a catalytic cracking process for reducing sulfur content in gasoline and the device thereof, which includes a fluidized bed reactor in addition of a heavy oil catalytic cracking riser, characterized in enhancing contact time of oil-gas with the catalyst, further desulfurizing and reducing olefin content and increasing octane number in gasoline; regenerating all recycling catalysts, quality of products being stable and easily operated, reducing sulfur of gasoline to a maximum limit; adding a cooling device so as to avoid coking when the catalyst contacts with oil-gas in high temperature and decrease of yield of light oil resulted by excessively high reaction temperature of gasoline upgrading, improving products distribution, being flexible to change catalyst-oil ratio and reaction temperature of catalytic cracking reaction. The invention also provides an easily operated process for FCC desulfurization with stronger desulfurizing ability, good selectivity of products and high light oil yield, which can realize 40-80% of FCC gasoline desulfurization. Furthermore, more than 80% of FCC gasoline desulfurization can be achieved if the process is applied in combination with some particular catalysts.

The reconstructed instant message is sent to the receiving terminal. The new message body contains a message body identifier corresponding to the original message body. The server may store the content of the at least some of the original message bodies and the message body identifier of the original message body. After the receiving terminal receives the instant message, the receiving terminal may selectively obtain the content of the original message body through the message body identifier. In accordance with the embodiments of the present invention, users' service experience can be strengthened, utilization rate of network resource is improved, and the restriction of the terminal's capacity to the size of the instant message is reduced.

The present invention discloses a urinal with a conductivity sensor, which includes the conductivity sensor arranged at the location where a reservoir of the urinal is curved and adapted to detect urine, a control unit (MCU), a power battery, and an electromagnetic valve adapted to control a discharge of water, wherein the conductivity sensor is adapted to detect a conductivity to determine whether urine is present. After the conductivity sensor detects presence of urine, the control unit opens the electromagnetic valve. The conductivity sensor includes electrodes dipped inside the location where the reservoir is curved to contact urine. The conductivity sensor further includes an anti-polarization-of-electrode circuit based upon the principle of an alternating power supply. Thus, the sensor can achieve more reliable sensing and a longer lifetime.
