Abstract: An exchangeable filter system is provided with an exchangeable filter module that has at least one fluid inlet, at least one fluid outlet, and a fluid path connecting the at least one fluid inlet and the at least one fluid outlet with each other. The exchangeable filter module is provided with at least one filter element for filtering a fluid. A flange element and a counter flange element are provided. The flange element is provided to releasably engage the exchangeable filter module and to releasably engage the counter flange element. A valve device is arranged in the flange element. The valve device blocks the fluid path when the flange element is in engagement with the exchangeable filter module and is disengaged from the counter flange element. An internal combustion engine is provided with such an exchangeable filter system to filter fuel, lubricant or urea.

Abstract: A ceramic body based on an aluminum titanate system has the following composition: i) approximately >95% by weight Al2O3.TiO2; ii) approximately 0.1-approximately 5.0% by weight SiO2; iii) approximately 0.1-approximately 5.0% by weight MgO; iv) approximately 0-approximately 2.0% by weight Fe2O3; v) approximately 0-approximately 1.0% by weight BeO, BaO or CaO; vi) approximately 0-approximately 1.0% by weight Li2O, Na2O or K2O; vii) approximately 0-approximately 2% by weight impurities. The ceramic body has a mass ratio TiO2:Al2O3 that is in a range between approximately 0.75 and approximately 0.95.

Abstract: A filter element for filtering a fluid is connectable to a filter head with a drainage channel. The filter element has a closure element that closes the drainage channel of the filter head when the filter element is connected to the filter head. The closure element is eccentrically arranged relative to a longitudinal axis of the filter element at an end face of the filter element. The closure element extends away from the end face of the filter element in an axial direction of the filter element. A stand is locked at the filter element and extends away from the end face of the filter element in the axial direction to a level of a free end of the closure element or past the free end of the closure element.

Abstract: A filter system for liquid has a filter head with drainage channel and stop element. A filter cartridge is mounted by screw-in movement at the filter head and has a support ring rotatably fastened to its housing part. The support ring has an eccentric closure element and a first positioning element guided toward the stop element by the screw-in movement to position the support ring at the filter head in a rotational position for axially aligning closure element and drainage channel. The closure element is transferred axially into a sealing seat at the filter head to close the drainage channel when screwing on the filter cartridge. The support ring has a second positioning element holding the support ring in a rotationally fixed position at the filter head when unscrewing the filter cartridge so that the closure element is moved out of the sealing seat only in an axial direction.

Abstract: A filter of a filter device has a filter housing with a connecting side provided with a connecting element for detachably connecting the filter to a filter head of the filter device by a rotational and/or insertion movement relative to an imaginary connecting axis of filter and filter head.
