    摘要: An actuator control device includes an electrical control unit for detecting the present positions of output shafts of servo motors, and communicating with control circuits for driving the output shafts of the servo motors to target stop positions on the basis of the present positions thus detected. When it is judged that a present position of one of the output shafts thus receives is abnormal, the electrical control unit corrects the present position and transmits the corrected present position to the appropriate control circuit.

    摘要: An electrical connector has a housing, a circuit board, harness terminals, and contact terminals. The housing has a hole and a lid. The circuit board is detachably disposed in the hole. If the circuit board is broken down, the lid is opened and the circuit board is removed from the hole. A new circuit board is then disposed on the terminals in the hole. The lid is closed so that the terminals are elastically deformed and the electrodes of the circuit board are electrically connected to the terminals.

    摘要: A wiring harness for connecting electrically between in-vehicle units includes a pitch ribbon cable having a plurality of bridge portions and a connector having a boss and a press-contact portion. Each bridge portion includes first, second and third notches. The third notch is engaged to another boss of the in-vehicle unit in case of assembling the pitch ribbon cable to the in-vehicle unit so that layout of the wiring harness becomes definite. The second notch is engaged to the boss of the connector in case of attaching the pitch ribbon cable to the connector. The first notch is engaged to the press-contact portion of the connector with using the second notch as a positioning reference so that positioning of the pitch ribbon cable becomes definite.

    摘要: In determining a starting point of a motor of an electric actuator during its initialization procedure, when a rotation angle sensor detects pulse signals in a certain initialization pattern, power supply to the motor is stopped by the control of a motor drive circuit. This electrical control of motor rotation enables the initialization procedure of the actuator to be carried out without using mechanical restriction means for locking purposes, and the influence of variations in the deflection amount of any stoppers is eliminated. The precision in determining the starting point in the initialization procedure is thus improved.

    摘要: In a refrigerant cycle system, a compression mechanism of an electric compressor sucks and compresses refrigerant, and an electric motor that drives the compression mechanism is cooled by the refrigerant. A variable throttle mechanism decompresses the refrigerant discharged from the electric compressor. A motor temperature detector detects a temperature of the electric motor. A motor protection determiner determines whether the temperature of the electric motor detected by the motor temperature detector is equal to or higher than a criterion value. A motor protection controller controls the variable throttle mechanism so that an opening degree of the variable throttle mechanism does not decrease when the motor protection determiner determines that the temperature of the electric motor is equal to or higher than the criterion value.

    摘要: A vehicle air conditioner has an actuator for driving an air mixing door and various mode switching doors. An automatic range and a manual range are set in different operating angle ranges of the actuator. In the automatic range, an air outlet mode is automatically switched in accordance with an opening degree of the air mixing door. On the other hand, in the manual range, a multi-mode or a defroster mode is manually set, regardless of the opening degree of the air mixing door. In the manual range, air is simultaneously blown from all openings such as a face opening, a foot opening and a defroster opening in the multi-mode, and air is blown from the defroster opening in the defroster mode.
