An object of the present invention is to provide a programmable logic device capable of exchanging information with a logic constitution connected to a control processor and operating synchronously with a standard clock.The present invention comprises a control processor operating according to a high speed clock obtained by multiplying a standard clock, an input unit for inputting signal information into the control processor, and an output unit for outputting the signal information of the control processor as a signal, and characterized in that while the control processor is executing a plurality of processings according to the high speed clock, control is determined according to a value of the signal captured by the input unit synchronously with the standard clock within one cycle and a value of the output unit is changed by the control.

There are provided a window setting means for setting a window in a high resolution picture, the window being smaller than the picture; a window moving means for moving the window set by the window setting means at such a predetermined interval that an area in which the window and at least an adjacent window overlap each other exists; an image cutout means for cutting out an image of an area defined by the window, whenever the window is moved; and a picture generation means for generating a large picture by conducting dynamic image processing on images cut out by the image cutout means. By generating an artificial dynamic image, it is made possible to handle a high resolution dynamic picture having a wide area which can be handled almost as a still picture and a frequently changing area, as a dynamic image.

The process of forming a partial gold-plating pattern on a stainless substrate includes a first plating step, a second plating step, and a stripping step. In the first plating step, pretreatment is applied to a stainless substrate including opposite main planes and a processing site formed of a plane different from the main planes, after which a first gold-plating layer is formed all over the surface of the stainless substrate using a hydrochloric acid plating solution. In the second plating step, mask plating is used to form a second gold-plating layer on the first gold-plating layer that covers the processing site in a desired pattern, and in the stripping step, a portion of the first gold-plating layer in an area where there is none of the second gold-plating layer is stripped off using an alkaline stripping solution.

Logical value assignment for residual resonant oscillations in a residual resonant signal is performed by comparing a residual frequency with a threshold frequency. A wave energy reduction of an ASK modulated signal is used to decrease the energy of the signal in order to distinguish similar residual frequencies in the case of extremely close communication. Reliability of Write/Read instructions in this system is improved by employing a test writing before an actual writing and a voltage monitoring device.

In a wireless communication system, slave units such as operation switches and the like are configured such that the higher the priority level of an information signal to be transmitted from each slave unit is, the shorter a period t1 of a carrier sense to be performed before the transmission is set. Therefore, when the slave units attempt to transmit information signals of different priority levels by using the same time slot, one of the slave units whose information signal to be transmitted is of the highest priority level is given the shortest carrier sense period t1 before the transmission of the information signal, and therefore, can transmit the information signal at the earliest timing. Accordingly, by causing the slave unit which becomes able to transmit the information signal at the earliest timing to transmit the information signal, the information signal of the highest priority level can be transmitted at the earliest timing, while the other units are caused to sense, by carrier sense, the transmission, and put off transmission of their own information signals.
