    摘要: An electric rotating machine includes a stator, a rotor, and a housing. The stator includes a stator core and a stator coil formed by laminating magnetic steel sheets. Each of the magnetic steel sheets has through-holes that are formed to penetrate the magnetic steel sheet in the axial direction of the stator core. All of the magnetic steel sheets are divided into groups each of which includes axially-adjacent n of the magnetic steel sheets, where n is an integer not less than 2. For each of the groups, corresponding n of the through-holes of the n magnetic steel sheets of the group communicate with one other to form an inside coolant passage. The inside coolant passage fluidically connects an outside coolant passage, which is formed between the housing and the radially outer surface of the stator core, with a corresponding one of the slots of the stator core.

    摘要: In a stator coil of a rotary electric machine, a first crank portion radially shifts one side of a turn portion from the other side thereof by a first length. The one side extends to one of paired straight portions, and the other side extends to the other thereof. A second crank portion radially shifts one side of a turn portion from the other side thereof by a second length. The one side extends to one of the paired straight portions, and the other side extends to the other thereof. The first length is equivalent to a radial width of the turn portion of the first segment of each set. The second length allows the second crank portion of the second segment of each of the sets to substantially overlay the first crank portion of the first segment of each set.

    摘要: A plurality of salient poles projecting toward a stator are arranged on a rotor core along the circumferential direction while being spaced apart from each other, and rotor windings are wound around these salient poles. The rotor windings are short-circuited through diodes, respectively; and when currents rectified by the diodes flow through the rotor windings, the salient poles are magnetized to produce a magnet where the magnetic pole is fixed. The width θ of each salient pole in the circumferential direction is smaller than a width corresponding to an electric angle of 180° of the rotor, and the rotor windings are wound around each salient pole by short-pitch winding.

    摘要: A rotary electric apparatus comprise a synchronous machine of field winding type, an inverter, a DC power supply, a current flow regulator, and a controller. The DC power supply outputs first voltage of a first voltage value and second voltage of a second voltage value higher than the first voltage value. The current flow regulator regulates directions of currents flowing through a field winding by rotor exciting currents into one way, the current flow regulator being electrically connected to the field winding. The controller controls the inverter such that the inverter produces armature currents consisting of synchronized currents producing rotating fields depending on a rotating position of a rotor and rotor exciting currents different in waveforms from the synchronized currents and superposed on the synchronized currents. At least the rotor exciting currents are powered on a second voltage from the DC power supply.

    摘要: A field-winding type of synchronous machine comprises a stator with an armature winding wound phase by phase, a rotor having a rotor core with a field winding wound, and a circuit enabling an armature current to pass the armature winding, the armature current corresponding to a synchronous current producing a rotation field rotating at an electrical-angle rotation speed agreeing to a rotation speed of the rotor. The synchronous machine further comprises a current suppressor and a current supplier. The current suppressor is connected to the field winging and suppresses, into a unidirectional current, an induced alternating current induced through the field winding in response to the armature current passing the armature winding. The current supplier supplies, phase by phase, to the armature winding a rotor exciting current whose waveform is different from the synchronous current only during a predetermined period of time shorter than one cycle of the synchronous current.
