A twist spring causes the slider to quickly slide from an end portion R side to an end portion L side of the elongated sliding hole when the slider is released from the restrained state; and a stopper portion restrains an arm portion from rotating in a direction in which the lid opens, by locking the slider when the slider is located in the end portion L side of the elongated sliding hole.
