摘要： A support is formed and comprises a base, a resin layer which is formed on the base and on recesses which are formed on a surface of the base, and a conductive layer which is formed on a portion of a surface of the resin layer, other than where the recesses are formed. The surface of the recesses is electrically charged by way of a corona discharge to create static electricity in the recesses. Metal balls to be formed into bump electrodes are held in the recesses by way of the static electricity. Then, each of the metal balls is bonded to a corresponding electrode terminal of an electronic component by hot press unit while the electronic component is opposed to the support.

The spool brake device includes a spool brake unit including a magnet configured to rotate in conjunction with rotation of the spool, and a coil configured opposite to the magnet to generate electric current with rotation of the magnet, a tension detecting unit configured to detect and measure tension on the fishing line, and a spool control unit configured to control the spool brake unit by analog-controlling electric current flowing through the coil on the basis of how large the tension is.

摘要： A spool includes a tubular bobbin trunk, a pair of flanges and a boss member. The bobbin trunk has a peripheral surface extending along the axial direction of the spool so that a fishing line can be wound around the bobbin truck. The peripheral surface of the bobbin trunk includes thickened wall portions disposed on opposing sides of an axial center part of the bobbin trunk. The flanges are integrally formed with the peripheral surface of the bobbin trunk as a one-piece, unitary member. Each of the flanges extends substantially in a radially outward direction of the spool. The boss member is disposed between axial ends of the bobbin trunk and extends along the radial direction of the spool. The boss member includes a disc portion with a through-hole to receive a spool shaft. Each of the thickened wall portions has a thickness greater than other portions of the bobbin trunk.

摘要： A fishing reel handle assembly has a handle arm, a knob shaft, and a handle knob. The handle arm is relatively non-rotatably attached to a distal end of the handle shaft. The knob shaft is fixed to an end of the handle arm and extends in parallel to the handle shaft. The handle knob is supported by the knob shaft to be rotatable relative to the handle arm. The handle arm includes a main body and a convexo-concave portion. The main body extends substantially perpendicular to an axial direction of the handle shaft, and is formed by laminating sheets of prepreg. The convexo-concave portion is convexly or concavely formed on at least either a front surface of the main body or a back surface of the main body. The front surface allows the handle knob to be attached thereto, the back surface disposed opposite to the front surface.
