    摘要: A pair of power supply lines that are orthogonal to the border with the cell array are placed, for each one-bit processing circuit of the data processing unit, in a semiconductor storage device such as SRAM or the like comprising a data processing unit for writing data to memory cells and reading it therefrom, a row decode unit for driving the word lines of the memory cells, and a timing control unit for generating a control pulse for the data processing unit, all of which are arranged around the circumference of a cell array in which memory cells are arrayed in a grid-like fashion. MOS transistors are placed between the power supply lines in such a position that the principal axis direction of the gate pattern is orthogonal to the two aforementioned wirings, and are closely arrayed in the longitudinal direction of the power supply lines.

The loop portion 4 and the elastic member 6 are disposed in a protector 2. The protector has a opening 13 for leading the harness and a guide portion 7 for supporting the loop portion 4 at a position opposite to the opening 13. The elastic member, flat spring 6 can have a length forming a loop shape to intersect itself.

    摘要: For preventing a slack of a wire harness and bending the wire harness more smoothly, a harness holder includes an inner clamp member for supporting the wire harness and an outer clamp member supporting rotatably the inner clamp member. The slack preventing member is formed longer than the harness guide in a harness leading direction. Mounting the harness holder at a vehicle body and disposing a protector for receiving the wire harness at a slide door, the wire harness is wired from the harness holder to the protector. In a partially opened slide door, the slack preventing member supports the wire harness. In a full opened and a completely closed door, the harness guide supports the wire harness.
