摘要: A deformation sensor for a safety device for the protection of vehicle occupants against a side-on collision is disclosed. The deformation sensor is composed of two pressure-sensitive signal elements arranged in parallel and one behind the other, so that the deformation speed can be concluded from the time sequence of the sensor signals. The signal elements ace integrated into a protective strip of the vehicle mounted on the outside of the shell. This ensures a rapid response in the event of a collision, and moreover the assembly of the deformation sensor becomes much easier. The signal elements take the form of FSR foil pressure sensors (Force Sensing Resistor).

摘要: A safety device is provided for a vehicle with a removable seat, especially a passenger seat, with an occupant restraint device associated with the seat. In addition, a seat occupation detection device located in the seat is provided that detects various states of seat occupation, especially by a person or by a child seat, and delivers a corresponding seat occupation status signal through a signal interface to a triggering control device located in the vehicle. The triggering control device takes the seat occupation status into account in delivering the triggering signal, especially to determine the scope of triggering of the restraint device. A seat installation detection device is provided that detects the proper installation of the seat and delivers a corresponding seat installation status signal to the triggering control device. The status signal permits the triggering control device, through a logical link with another status signal that indicates the correct signal transmission at the signal interface, to detect the actual presence or absence of the seat as well as a variety of defective states and to adjust accordingly the delivery of the triggering signal emitted in the case of a serious accident.

摘要: The aim of the invention is to provide a metal strip for epitaxial coating with a biaxially textured layer, this metal strip, however, being able to be produced in an uncomplicated manner and having a high tensile strength, low magnetic losses and/or a high electrical conductivity. According to the invention, the metal strip is comprised of Nj, Cu, Ag or alloys thereof all serving as basic material, whereby the one-layer metal strip and, in the instance of a multilayer metal strip, at least one of its layers contains 10 nm to 5 μm large, strength-increasing dispersoids comprised of carbides, borides, oxides and/or nitrides with a volume proportion ranging from 0.1 to 5%. In the instance of a multilayer metal strip, the layers form a composite, and at least one of the layers does not contain any dispersoids and has a biaxial texture. For the production, a starting material is used, which is comprised of Ni, Cu, Ag or of alloys thereof all serving as basic material and which contains 0.2 to 5 atom percent of an additive comprised of oxidizable, nitridable, boridable and/or carbidable elements. A one-layer or a multilayer strip is produced from this starting material by means of deforming methods, whereby for producing the multilayer metal strip, a basic material that does not contain the aforementioned additive is used as one of its layers. Afterwards, the strip is subjected to a recrystallization annealing in order to form a cubical texture. Finally, the strip is subjected to an annealing under an oxygen, nitrogen, boron or carbon partial pressure, which is greater than the equilibrium partial pressure of oxides, nitrides, borides and carbides of the additive elements contained in the alloy, but is less than the equilibrium partial pressure of oxides, nitrides, borides and carbides of the basic elements Ni, Cu and Ag of the strip alloy.

摘要: A supporting pillar for a body frame of a passenger motor vehicle comprises a pillar-shaped hollow body with at least one profile shell. In the hollow body, a tubular body is arranged which essentially extends longitudinally through the hollow body and is attached to it. A lower region of the tubular body is held in a bracket attached to the profile shell. The bracket comprises two walls spaced apart from each other longitudinally. Each wall comprises a receiving aperture into which the lower region of the tubular body has been inserted, with the tubular body being attached at the receiving aperture to this bracket. The tubular body rests against, and is attached to the profile shell along a straight line, and is inclined in relation to a vertical line perpendicular to the walls of the bracket. The tubular body has an elbow between its lower region, and the region resting against the profile shell along the line.

摘要: An arrangement for contacting of electronic components (for example, seat occupation detection sensors, buckle switches) in a removable vehicle seat which can be mechanically detached from its vehicle-body-side anchoring by means of a seat unlocking device. In order to unlock the seat, a plug-type connection must first be separated manually by the operator. Only then will the unlocking of the seat be released. In another embodiment, an electric plug-type connection is provided which, during the installation and removal of the seat, automatically makes or breaks contact because of the relative movement of the seat.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing and using a nickel-based semi-finished product embodied in the form of a strip or flat wire. The aim of the invention is to develop a method for producing a nickel-based semi-finished product which exhibits improved performance characteristics for the use in the form of a base for physical-chemical coatings provided with a high-quality intense microstructural orientation. The semi-finished product should have an improved granular structure provided with a stable cube texture. For this purpose, the inventive method consists in producing an initial semi-finished product by means of a fusion or powder metallurgy process including mechanical alloys, wherein the semi-finished product comprises a technically pure Ni or the alloy thereof containing an Ag additive in a microalloy range which is equal to or greater than 10 atom ppm and is equal to or less than 1000 atom ppm, in shaping the initial semi-finished product in the form of a strip or flat wire by hot- and cold forming processes with a thickness reduction >50% associated with an intermediate measuring. During the intermediate measuring, the semi-finished product is softened by annealing at a temperature ranging from 500 to 850° C., wherein the high temperatures are used for high Ag contents, and is subsequently quenched. Afterwards, the semi-finished product is exposed to the 80% cold shaping. The inventive method also consists in carrying out a recrystallization annealing treatment in such a way that the entire cubic texture is obtainable. The inventive semi-finished product is used in the form of a base for physical-chemical coatings provided with a high-quality intense microstructural orientation and for producing a high-temperature superconductor in the form of a flat wire or strip.

摘要: Method for producing metallic flat wires or strips with a cube texture that can be used, for example, as a base for physical-chemical coatings. The products can be produced after the last forming step in their finished width without further processing of the edges. The method includes processing a material based on nickel, copper, gold, or silver into a wire by a cold drawing method, achieving a total cross-sectional reduction εg≧75% or a logarithmic deformation φg≧1.4, and the wire is then further processed by further forming and annealing methods into a flat wire or a strip with a cube texture and having a width that can be adjusted in a defined manner.
